that it was centrally located and gave me a lot of comfort, space and a great view from my balcony on the 28th floor!

the room key card always malfunctioned; no telepone/staff located at the Tower B (i.e. I must walk down from 27/F to Tower A reception to fix the key card after exhausting day); no twin rooms provided but didn't alert me after the booking confirmation; the hotel sign not clearly and big enough hosted outside so that the taxi driver/tuk-tuk can't find the hotel easily; Answer to Point 4, I were travelling with my 80 years old father.

hotel was clean and was convennient to get to. i got an upgrade to a 1bed apartment which was very nice. fully kitted out with everything u'd need.

Friendly and efficient staff - first class swimming pool - a general feeling of being made welcome

The room was very nice regarding the size and cleanliness, the location is in very posh area and near every thing in the city centre, the staff very professionals ans efficient

it's good to have a washing machine for clearing our dirty clothes

It's hard to find the location even we take a taxi but we suggest ppl go there by BTS if your stuff are not too many. 10 mins on foot when you off from Asok station.

Good location, friendly staff and rooms are very comfortable and clean. Very suitable for families who are planning for a good holiday & relaxing time together. Thumbs up for the hotel overall.

Maybe they can try to figure how to be more efficient in picking up the hotel guests from the sky station especially during the night time.

room smelled, too expensive - in the middle of nowhere

I was not given the option for my credit card bill to pay in thai baht or in my own local currecny. I was straight away given the SGD option. I learn in airport that u can actually select to pay in SGD or in thai baht.

Free transportation to MRT and BTS stations and free internet. Security through e-card. Very quit hotel

breakfast was poor

i liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Very prompt housekeeping service.

Would have preferred if there's a concierge desk for tourists. Not sure of where/who to ask for when looking for directions.

Everything is excellent.

From the check in to the checkout it was enjoyable. Very large room with all amenities including washing machine (free washing powder). The staff were very helpful when I asked if they could contact my airline, they couldn't do enough for me. Free transfer to sky train I can see being very useful to some, although I enjoyed the 5/10 minute walk as the street is a typical Thai soi with food stalls running along it as well. A very good supermarket with a 24 hour food hall serving good value food is in the road as well.
