Likte beliggenheten,flott utsikt fra leiligheten. Imøtekommende betjening. Var fornøyd med maten, den var nydelig og delikat tillaget.Vil gjerne tilbake dit om vi reiser til Bangkok. Nei, jeg synes at oppholdet svarte mer enn til forventningene vi hadde. Vi kom tidlig på morran og skulle egentlig ha en ett-roms leilighet. Men da den ikke var klar enda fikk vi i stedet ei toroms hjørneleilighet med en fantastisk utsikt over byen og innsjøen nedenfor. |

Grei plassering i forhold til offentlig kommunikasjon. Flotte bassengområder. Fin og romslig leilighet med utsikt. Nydelig frokost. Jevnere temperatur på dusjen og høyere plassert dusjhode. |

hotel was clean and was convennient to get to. i got an upgrade to a 1bed apartment which was very nice. fully kitted out with everything u'd need. |

Good location, friendly staff and rooms are very comfortable and clean. Very suitable for families who are planning for a good holiday & relaxing time together. Thumbs up for the hotel overall. Maybe they can try to figure how to be more efficient in picking up the hotel guests from the sky station especially during the night time. |

No question on cleanliness of the room. Staff are polite and helpful. Should increase the availability of tuk tuk services considering the distance to shopping malls. |

Service was good, staff always have a smile. I was not given the option for my credit card bill to pay in thai baht or in my own local currecny. I was straight away given the SGD option. I learn in airport that u can actually select to pay in SGD or in thai baht. |

Our group really liked the location of the hotel, the staff were helpful and spoke reasonably good english, the staff of the cool chilli bar in the lobby were very friendly, the rooms were a good size and were fitted out with the necessities to make our stay comfortable. |

i liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Very prompt housekeeping service. Would have preferred if there's a concierge desk for tourists. Not sure of where/who to ask for when looking for directions. |

Free tuk tuk to station Interior looks a bit dated as travelling with elderly parents, I requested rooms adjoining . On booking in we got rooms on the same floor but other end of the hallway! Would have prefered to stay in tower a not b |

From the check in to the checkout it was enjoyable. Very large room with all amenities including washing machine (free washing powder). The staff were very helpful when I asked if they could contact my airline, they couldn't do enough for me. Free transfer to sky train I can see being very useful to some, although I enjoyed the 5/10 minute walk as the street is a typical Thai soi with food stalls running along it as well. A very good supermarket with a 24 hour food hall serving good value food is in the road as well. |

The door staff were very helpful, and the men driving the hotl tuk tuk very great and friendly. The man at the tourist booking desk was great and understood english was a great help. |

Very cosy and nice place in a modern part of the city. The room is big and clear, big plazma TV. The hotel presented to me complementary interned in the room. My aim was to have a good rest after almost 24-hour on the way and I perfectly relaxed in SPA center and in the pool. |

Room was spacious, nice balcony with excellent view ( we were at 23 rd floor). Bed comfortable. Nice pool. 5minutes to the skytrain and subway station. In front there are few massage places, and next door very good restaurant Kuppa. Awful meal at restaurant at Tower B lobby level. I had really disgusting pineapple rice with shrimps. |
