Check-in, check-out rápido e descomplicado, internet 24 horas no quarto free possibilita assistir os canais ao vivo do Brasil pelo desktop. Café da manhã muito bom. Sistema hidráulico do quarto deficitário. Pias entupidas e mau cheio proveniente dos encanamentos. Chuveiro fraco e dificil de regular a temperatura da água para banho. |

Free tuk tuk to station Interior looks a bit dated as travelling with elderly parents, I requested rooms adjoining . On booking in we got rooms on the same floor but other end of the hallway! Would have prefered to stay in tower a not b |

From the check in to the checkout it was enjoyable. Very large room with all amenities including washing machine (free washing powder). The staff were very helpful when I asked if they could contact my airline, they couldn't do enough for me. Free transfer to sky train I can see being very useful to some, although I enjoyed the 5/10 minute walk as the street is a typical Thai soi with food stalls running along it as well. A very good supermarket with a 24 hour food hall serving good value food is in the road as well. |

The door staff were very helpful, and the men driving the hotl tuk tuk very great and friendly. The man at the tourist booking desk was great and understood english was a great help. |

Very cosy and nice place in a modern part of the city. The room is big and clear, big plazma TV. The hotel presented to me complementary interned in the room. My aim was to have a good rest after almost 24-hour on the way and I perfectly relaxed in SPA center and in the pool. |

Room was spacious, nice balcony with excellent view ( we were at 23 rd floor). Bed comfortable. Nice pool. 5minutes to the skytrain and subway station. In front there are few massage places, and next door very good restaurant Kuppa. Awful meal at restaurant at Tower B lobby level. I had really disgusting pineapple rice with shrimps. |

I really liked the amenities in the rooms - very handy. We were able to do washing in the washing machine and it had a dvd player and a stereo. The staff were a little unfriendly. However the bell boys were extremely helpful. |

I loved the room/apartment size. We had aking size bed, a kitchen, a loung and a huge bathroom. We also had a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the view was immense! we could see what looked like the entire of Bangkok. On arrival we were told we had a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment... but that is in fact what we;d booked. we also had 2 free internet passes to use. The breakfast was a buffet, so all you call eat!! We only stayed for two days as we wanted to stay some where a bit luxury like before we headed off to Chiang Mai to rough it. i wouldnt be able to afford to stay there for longer then we did. |

The first kitchen in any of the service apartment hotels where I've ever been to where one can actually cook. Everything needed was there. And the washing machine at this point of the trip was nice. There are two pools on the R floor of each building. For those seeking for sun, head to tower A. Slight smell of cigarettes in the room when we got there but by having the windows open for some time the smell disappeared. |

Great location handy for all Bangkok attractions. Fantastic views over City from extremely well appointed room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have already rebooked to return. |

The gym, locations, free TUK TUK transfer to the metro area, and the bell boys were so kind and willing to help at all times. The front desk staff were poor and often not very approachable. They did a good job of making you feel unimportant. |
