The apartment was very comfortable and home like for me, my daughter and grandson. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, I would stay in this hotel and oters in the chain when posible. |

Nice facilities: large rooms, nice furnitures, nice gym The suite is large but in our suite, only the bed room had windows and the living room was almost in the dark,. The breakfast quality was poor. |

spacious rooms and walking distance to the old centre, Silom. The food was not that great. They should have better quality bread at least. many guests with family or friends, in group, at the restaurant so it was rather noisy. also the restayrant was too cold. |

the location is pretty good, just a walking distance to Silom. The room I stayed was spacious. Breakfast was not that great. and what annoyed me a lot at the restaurant is the noise from the families with children and some group of young Chinese girls. Very unpleasant. |

The apartment was laid out very well, large space especially the kitchen area, the staff were always pleasant I can't say there was anything I didn't like, although would like to have had a washing machine |

Except for the security at the gate all the staff were extremely friendly and above all very efficient (which is not allways the case in Thailand). If anything the breakfast is a bit poor and the coffee was not upto standard but overall excellent hotel. |

Great location, great amenities, great value, breakfast included I was unaware of was more than ample. I won't look anywhere else for a place to stay in central Bangkok for next time. Everything a traveller with family can need: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, heaps of storage space, separate lounge, kitchen, launderette in building, tennis court, spa, gym, swimming pool.. the list just goes on. |

Well located near South Sathorn Road and about a 10 minute walk to Saladaeng overrail station. Near local shops in Soi Suanplu. Spacious rooms and good value for the rate charged. Good and wide choice for breakfast. Very clean rooms. |

The staff is wonderful and genuine----very respectful and friendly. The room we had was huge---1 bedroom, living room, open kitchen,large bathroom. My husband and I had our own spaces to retreat to and were very happy and comfortable. (This was my second stay here.) The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the location of the hotel and taking taxis especially at rush hour. However, we have decided it is worth staying there for the reasons given because it is such a great hotel and we like the staff so much. We felt very secure. It is also a place where families and business people live. |

Hervorragende Lage für den Besuch Bangkoks. Überaus freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Großzügige Appartements, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Execellentes Preis/Leistungverhältniss. Ein überaus umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet, was leider während der Woche schon um 10.00 Uhr geschlossen wurde, da wäre 1 Std. länger schon schön, da man ja auch das Nachtleben dieser Stadt genießt....... |
