Helpfull staf, big room, comfirtable bad, usufull kitchen, nice design... We will stay here nex time 100% was great! :D

I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants. You can find a few restaurants too along Sukhumvit 55. The hotel also provides a Tuk-Tuk service to the nearby BTS station Thonglor. The hotel is known with taxi drivers so that easy when giving directions.Though the hotel is a distance from the main shopping area, I love the hotel for the facilities they provide(washing machine and a kitchenette). It has a big bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with families.

The hotel has limited choice for breakfast.

We enjoyed the location and availability of restaurants in the immediate facility. We also enjoyed the cleaner streets. The pool was lovely and there was a reasonable sized gym. The rooms were clean with cleaning detergents for the washing machine and the washing up sink. There were a lot of tv channels and radio stations to enjoy in many languages which is helpful. The bathroom shelving and surface area is more than adequate and can accommodate 2 people in the bathroom at the same time. The lighting in the bathroom is very good, in fact, the best I have seem in hotels and this allows me to properly apply makeup and look my best in any light.

There was a beep (squeak) in our room every 10 minutes or so and the friendly staff at Somerset were not able to fix it or work out what it was so we continued our stay with a beep/squeak. There was no conditioner in the room and it was not offered in the basket of goodies the staff present you to choose items. It would have been a great help to have a clothes horse for hanging up our washing. The ironing board was small and rickety with a metal bar on one side which prevented you from ironing on one side.

The service appartments were really good.

The location. If one is visiting Bangkok on a holiday trip then the hotel is far off from downtown.

部屋が綺麗で掃除もキチンとしていた。 ロケーションはトンローで問題ナシ。相向かいはトップスストアもあり便利です。

Good,quiet,secure and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Perfect for my stay as wanted to be in this area.

Not in centre if just sightseeing and have to get taxi back.

仕事で５日間の滞在でしたが、部屋が広く、天井も高く、サービスアパートメントの機能が充実していたので、- 部屋にいるときはゆっくりくつろげました。

朝食を付けてもらったのですが、朝食メニューは値段の割に合っていなかったと思います。 この値段ならもう少し、メニューが多くないとなぁと思いました。 これからは朝食は無しにして、ホテルの前にあるスタバを活用しようと思います。 ただ、朝食は５時半からやってるので、朝早い方にはいいかと思います。

Pool and gym

We asked for non smoking rooms together and were allocated smoking rooms. Had to wait for over an hour to be given non smoking rooms but they were on different floor. Staff were not very friendly

宿泊者に対しては最寄BTS駅まで無料送迎サービスがあり、便利だった。

Cet hôtel est parfait, nous avons apprécié sa facilité d'accès en venant de l’aéroport et sa proximité du métro pour les déplacements rapides dans la ville,. la qualité de l'accueil et l'excellent rapport qualité /prix.

仕事で今回２度目で利用しました。 とても使いやすいホテルだと思います。 ＢＴＳのトンローの駅までのトゥクトゥクでの無料送迎も利用しました。 大変便利でした。
