Pretty good service and very kindly employees. They will do the best help for the tourisms. Nice attitude to solve all the problems from the tourisms. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bath room is too small even cannot sit on the middle of toilet. And always collided the corner of the bed. A bit far from convenient store.

Nice hotel with good location if you want to do some sightseeing (really walking dostance from major sightseeing places). Staff really friendly and you feel like home every time you meet them. There's computer with internet connection you can use - which is not so popular in Thailand. Bathroom and room not very clean. Bathroom very tiny - difficult to move inside when door are closed (pictures of the room and bathroom don't show the real size of the room and space in it). Difficult to find - taxi and tuk tuk drivers didn't know where it is!

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good! As the hotel is located in a side street it was very quiet. The location is also very good for sightseeing tours because all the important must-see temples are within a walking distance (including the famous Khaosan Street:) The bathroom was a little bit small for Europeans...

Very calm atmosphere not noisy as khaosan road area. Good for mature people who want to stay in that area but avoiding the crowded area. I saw many european couples stay here. Helpfull staff nice breakfast. They need to change the adress very difficult to find the location for the first time. Actually the location is easy to describe is opposite the democracy monument in the soy beside sidewalk cafe and mc donald.

The room is clean, with A/C and have hot water. The situation of the hotel, 7min walking to Khao San Road. The housekeepers, very friendly and help you in all you need, they speaks english. The hotel has free internet connection and a PC if you don't have how to connect. We can let the backpack on a room all day without any extra cost and stay on the hall connecting to internet. The only thing we don't like was the entrance, it's on a secondary street, but is safe.

The location was great - walking distance to Khao San rd without being on it. Easy Tuk tuk, moto or taxi to other areas of Bangkok The bathroom was so small my partner barely fit in to use the toilet. The shower leaked all over the bedroom floor some how. We didn't have an outside window. The walls were thin so it was super noisy. I think for the price we paid it should have been better.

The location was ideal. The staff were impressively friendly and helpful in every way. Very impressed with the breakfasts. Thankyou so much:) The shower water would flood onto the floor of the bathroom. The aircon was rather noisy

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location for sightseeing, easy to walk to many places and super easy for finding a tuk-tuk or taxi. Initially I was hesitant walking home at night, but became very comfortable and on nodding terms with the locals along the way. Not a problem at all.

We stayed 3 nights, The staff are so Great! I got sick and extended our Stay with them, they couldn't have helped us more, helped us with a local doctor and pharmacy (very cheap) not like tourist pharmacys here. The rooms are clean and No bugs. The show is Hot so that's always a good thing for me. Location is great, very easy to walk to Koa San Rd, and the royal palace (a must see) The hotel can organize trips, we went to Kanchanaburi, it was fantastic. For the price the hotel is good but the fantastic staff made it an excellent stay, we are coming Back here before we fly home just after we do the Islands. Taxis don't know it, but tell them The Democrocy monument or Koa San Rd and it's easy.

Nice little spot a bit hidden off the main road but close to major tourist spots. The front desk girl was helpful and the rooms were older but nice. Good shower, clean bathroom. Perfect place for more comfort than a hostel or bungalow but still under $50. Window didn't open but it wasn't a big deal. A little hard to find so do your research first to avoid driving around in circles in a taxi.

Awesome little hotel with excellent staff service. Our flight was late so we asked for late checkout. We got to keep the room until 9pm and payed 500 bath extra. The hotel is in a slightly 'dodgy' back alley. Didn't feel uncomfortable tho. Our room had a mouldy/old-clothes smell to it.
