The owner of this house are really friendly and the design are nice ,comfortable ! I enjoyed 5nights stay there , It was like a sweet home !!! The location is perfect .If you need help ,Auk is always standby :)

Friendly staff but not around much. Very reasonable. Good location. Laundry cheap and great/fast. Good by the month rates. I would consider using again, but not memorable in any way.

Staff hard to find. No one around when time to check out. Family feel though.

The location in old town is good - close to everything. We had the staff help us book a cooking course and print some tickets for us for free. Laundry was cheap. Room was quite big compared to other places.

There were no staff when we arrived so we had to call for a cleaning lady to give us our room. There are ants in the room. Service from staff could have been better - they werent't that knowledgeable and told us a way too high price for going to Tiger Kingdom. Wifi wasn't stable. Do only stay there if you are on a tight budget.

Hotel staff were very friendly and nice. Location is convenient and the building isn’t facing the busy part of the road, so you can enjoy the quiet evening. The room is clean and good quality for what you pay.

There is no place to sitting outside. Since the size and view of the balcony in the room isn’t comfortable to relax, nice sitting area down stair would be desirable.

很干净，出行也方便，老板和老板娘都很热情，我们清迈骑大象一日游就是老板帮忙订的，还有不小优惠的，负责- 清洁的大妈也很和善，我们把消费放在枕头下，大妈打扫完也没有拿走。

没有电梯，自己扛行李

Excellent helpful staff. Good facilities, rooms are very clean and quiet. Location is superb, one street from main road and very peaceful. Good security. On site tour and travel arrangements for every possible excursion or journey. A favourite place to stay in Chiang Mai.

The location is very goos as it's based in the Old City. It's easy to walk almost anywhere. The rooms were spacious and cleaaned every day. Although the Hotel sis basic, you get what you pay for. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The roosters wake you up!

The room was large and love having a small fridge in the room at this price. I also liked having the choice between using the fan or the air- conditioning. With the sounds of roosters waking me in the morning, I felt I was in the countryside. Staff are very friendly.

酒店每天还送了2瓶水，地理位置不错，很安静，到古城很方便。可以寄存行李。

离塔佩门走路10分钟左右。About 10mins walk to Tha Pae Gate.

WIFI有时不给力。

性价比还行。就在塔佩门不远的巷子里，毕竟安静，有公共阳台，wifi还行，房间挺大也很干净。老板人还不- 错，有问题都可以咨询，一楼还有个厨房。

老板很放心地离开时一起结账的，可以直接报些当地团游，价格公道，机场taxi150B老板有空随时可送，- 很方便，价格也公道。房间很干净，小院子和大厅很美，喜欢秋千椅啊啧啧。感觉每层都有驻层猫啊，都好霸气。- 三楼的猫咪太粘人了啊有木有！就在古城内靠护城河边，很好找位置。

旅馆非常干净；每个房间都有独立阳台可晾衣服；就在松撇市场旁边地位优越；附近坐车、吃饭、马杀鸡店都很多- ，而且晚上不会太吵；老板一家人很好；性价比超高，下次来还住在这里。

附近有个养鸡的，每天天没亮就开始叫。

老板很热情，地点离塔佩门10分钟内的距离

老板人很NICE，环镜超好，步行去清迈的各个寺庙都没问题，离护城河和塔佩门也是步行，位于古城内，卫生- 也不错，老板热心的帮我们热咖啡，最后一天退房时还让我们将行礼存放在他家，价格合理，最重要的是，没有信- 用卡亦可订房，不错！

环境很喜欢，生活气息很浓，老板很体贴地每天准备两大瓶饮用水。下次来清迈还会入住。

房子很干净，地理位置很不错，活动很方便。住了三晚，玩得很开心！

每天早上有鸡叫，嗓子都哑了还在喊，只能说很佩服！

even the room with a little older equipment, the scenery and staff here is very nice, and you can also find many travel agencies here for elephant or bamboo riding. 总结一句，房间里面该有的都有了，很安静，但是对于不太愿意走动的同学来说，距离各大景点有一点点远~~

舒适、随意，没有过多的服务，但客栈干净，方便，又住家的感觉

位置不错，出门方便，离当地的菜市场近，每天都可以去买新鲜的水果吃。

我住的一楼，房间大，但是厕所地漏会返水上来，所以有点气味，住二楼以上可能没有这个问题。

在古城内，有摩托车出入都很方便。每天都换床单。还带个小阳台，可以晒衣服。下次还住这。~~

早上有鸡叫，睡眠不好的需注意。
