Getting in and out of the swimming pool was difficult, they need better access for older and less mobile people.

5minute walk to beach and breakfast was good

not enough coffe mixer in room, when i request they only provide 1 extra. no international adaptor even at reception and to go into thier pool strictly need to wear swimming suit if not they will ask you to get out from the pool.

Location was perfect for connecting by boat to Railay or Tonsai. The pool was very big and great for swimming laps. There is a coffee shop on site for espresso and small snacks. The staff was friendly. Aonang beach is not clean or nice. It's not a beach for leisure, it's for an overnight stay to get to the other beaches.

The staff were really friendly. Everything that we asked for was sorted straight away!! They slso gave us a free upgrade!!! Rooms were spacious and very clean! The best place we stayed at in Thailand

Overall a great hotel. It has great rooms, satisfying bathroom, grand pool and very good dining. The beach is across the street, town only 500m away and many (reasonably priced) options to visit all the isles. The location is perfect for people that like their calm and want to see nature at its best.

Minor point is probably the english knowledge, or any other language by the staff. It does create difficulties on few occasions. But one must say they really try hard.

At Ao Nang beach this hotel is one of the best choice. Nice hotel with good location, nice rooms and bathroom.

I would rate the hotel for 3 star not 4. Breakfast is okay for some days, but not very good and you have to lay the table. (Few fruits, mass fruit juices and not exotic, the ham was floating a box of water) Laundry is very expensive but fast. Wifi weak but free in the room, internet at the lobby is not free.

A typical hotel-style hotel, nothing special. Location is fine, beach across the street. Two pools. Breakfast is soso but nothing negative. Luggage boys were very polite and sent your luggages to the room with shoes off. Free wifi. Restaurants and bars across the street, very convenient.

Nothing negative also nothing to leave deep impression.

One of the staff was rude to me, there was a problem with their credit card machine. The staff demanded that i pay with cash for the whole 3 nights of stay. She even "threaten" me of making a police report. At the end i shorten my stay and stayed at other hotel. Ironically, the machine works during check-out, no apology from the staff neither. They haven't solve the mold smell issue in their rooms yet. Won't stay there anymore, not recommended to others.

The location is convenient

The staff attitude and the comfortness of the hotel. No elevator, the mattress is horrible, bathroom has no vatilation, block of sound, I can hear someone snoring next door.

Everything seemed fine until we were shown to our room.

As soon as we walked through the door we noticed a strange smell but we thought if we left the sliding door open for a while it would pass. We then noticed the bathroom did not seem very clean and the shower water did not drain away somI was left with water rising up to my ankles and the smell we noticed earlier had gotten worse. I went to reception report the issues and a maintenance man arrived soon afterwards with a can of air fresher and went overboard spraying everywhere. He explained that there was a problem with the shower as there was an ill fitting plastic pipe and said there was nothing he could do about it. Reception claimed that there were no other rooms some were stuck in this dreadful place for the night. As the night progressed the smell got worse and we ended up getting no sleep which was very inconvenient as we were leaving for the airport at 7 A.M. I went to reception at 6 A.m to try and speak to a manager to discuss either not paying our bill or getting a reduced price but no manager was available. Just before we left the food and beverages manager called to say that they would take this up with Booking.com and that the issue would be resolved swiftly. This has not as yet happened. Finally when we checked in we enquirer about an airport transfer to the hotel the next morning and the hotel were happy to arrange this for the sum of 800 baht but when we walked down the street all the travel and tour companies were offering private transfers to Krabi airport for 500baht which we booked. I would definitely not recommend this very shabby establishment.

The pool is of a great size (over 50 meters in lenght) but just on the road, so relaxing is impossible.

I have being to krabi/aonang beach on many occasions and I like to try different hotel each time. I do not recommand this one for: -very poor breakfast -pool is along the main road side (so noisy)despite the great size for swimming. -some rooms face a river fluctuating with the see tide, mosquitoes and dirtyness in it. -staff ok
