St. James Hotel  

Staff very pleasant and location good for our needs.

Couldn't understand why no coffee/tea facilities in the room for the price which would have made a difference during our 2 night stau. Just some hot water would have been a good start..

ロケーションは、プロンポンの駅からも徒歩５分位と便利な場所にあり、スタッフも、対応が良く気持ちよく過- ごせました。

設備が古い為か、シャワーを使うのに毎回最初に赤水が出てきたのと、エレベーターが狭いので、スーツケース- をもって３人乗るのはきびしいです。

バンコクの定宿です。ロケーションや快適さなど文句はございません。夜の喧騒もなく、スクンビット大通りに- 近いのに静かに過ごせます。スタッフの丁寧さは特筆すべきものがあります。

前々回に利用したときにポット（湯沸かし）が無かったのでクレームしましたが前回は設置されていました。今- 回はありませんでした。もうクレーム言うのも嫌だったのでそのままです。なぜ、湯沸かしを置かないのでしょ- うね？

The hotel is conveniently located. It is some distance away from busy major roads, so it was quiet (but there are noises within the hotel, see below). It was still not too far from a train station, shops, and restaurants. The room was simple but came with enough amenities.

Walls and doors seem thin. The first room I stayed was connected to the next room through a connecting door inside. Though the door was closed, the voices and noises from the next door were quite audible. I could hear them talking and coughing though their voices were not particularly high. I explained the situation to the hotel and fortunately, the hotel moved me to a room at the far end of the corridor without a connecting door to the next room. This room was, unfortunately, a smoking room and I smelled the typical cigarette smell a little. I normally wake up during the night in smoking rooms due to the smell. However, after running the air con for some hours, the smell did not bother me this time. After moving to this room, I found that the guests staying in the room across from mine were a group of men and talking very loud even past midnight. Voices were audible even when their door was closed. I figured that the doors in this hotel were thinner than usual. Fortunately, though, these guests seem to have checked out the following day, and I had a quite time the rest of my stay.

交通便利。 コンパクトで使いやすい。 ゲストの要望をできるだけ聞こうと融通をきかせてくれる。 最近のバンコクのホテルでは失われつつあるタイの南国の雰囲気を残している。

宿泊料金に朝食がセットになっていない。チェックイン時に滞在中に必要なすべての朝食券を購入するのだが、- 領収書が宿泊料金と別に出るので、飲食代金が経費にならないビジネスの方は気をつけて。
