Location is excellent, few minutes walk to night bazaar and nightlife. In the morning we walked to sveral ancient tempels, only 15-20mins then caught a tuk tuk back to hotel. The prefect place at a very affordable price. Very helpness and friendly staff.

The location and early checkin

Where to start. Rooms need updating when we arrived we had no hotwater tap, soon got fixed.the electric where wired backwards, u couldnt use the main switches by the bed the plug by bed was for the tele so bizarre! Laundry is a rip off go else where. No iron unless u payfor cleaning. The breakfast was terrible flies everywhere with no lights to zap. All the food was cold and drenched in oil. Not nice at all. Go else where.

Paying for internet access outwith the machine in the front lobby, Free wifi access throughout should surely be standard today. It was free in lots of cheaper hotels I've stayed at in Thailand.

Interior was slightly 'tired'. As happens a lot in Thailand when checking out they want to check the mini bar. After spending a couple of hundred dollars staying there 5 nights and paying the night before check out they may want to just trust you.

Low-cost furniture, plywood doors without any good finished touch. Workmanship of the room overall was like a cheap condomunium. Bad breakfast choice and cheap food selection only. Double bed was a two single beds put together. No value for money.

I actually stayed at the Star, Chiang Mai, by accident, believing it to be another hotel some 100 meters away. But what a pleasant surprise. Just off the busy Loi Kroh Road, tucked away behind larger and more imposing hotels, The Star is a haven of repose from the bustling city thoroughfares. The location is perfect, easy parking, the lobby was opulent and inviting, the staff friendly and welcoming. The room, though not vast was fine. Clean. With free gowns and toiletries. The bed was of a reasonable quality, so getting a good night's sleep wasn't a problem. Above all the star Hotel was roughly half the price I usually pay for central Chiang Mai. Excellent value, and I will be staying at this establishment again.

The bathroom was way too small, and had windows to the bedroom which didn't yield itself to any privacy. There was free internet in the business center, for business center read two aging PC's that were beyond slow, which was disappointing. I think free wifi is essential these days in any hotel. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but a friend of mine who did said it was only average fare.

Confortable to go any place. Close to night bazar.

Poor staffs services. Poor communication. Almost same breakfast menu every morning. Stain on room wall painting, stain carpet floor. need to do refurbishment and new paint including to furniture.

I was flying to the airport early in the morning, and asked staff to order me a taxi; not only did they order a non-meter taxi after I asked several times for one, meaning I ended up paying 300 baht for a journey that should be no more than 75 due to needing to get to the airport, but when I came to check out there was an issue with payment which not only stressed me before a flight but also could have easily been dealt with in a helpful manor instead of confrontational. The loction is not ideal, especially if travelling alone, it is situation down a dark alley way with a stripper club at the top of the street.

כשהגענו נאמר לנו ששידרגו לנו את החדר באותו תשלום. היה צוות מצויין ומיקום קרוב מאד לשוק הלילה

服务态度很好,服务人员总是面带笑容,并且有什么问题的话积极帮助解决,从来不怕麻烦.另外房间整洁干净,房间空间很大,绝对物超所值.

唯一的缺点就是门脸太小,很不好找,建议在明显的地方挂个大牌子,或者直接在楼面上写上酒店名....

楼下是每晚都会开的夜市，在古城外围，但是也有风景的。住高层有街景。性价比还行。

临近清迈夜市，步行约5分钟可到达。酒店环境舒适。

没有免费的wifi上网是一种遗憾，大堂只有一台电脑。

地段很好，离夜市很近，离塔佩门也不算远。房间里很干净，面积也不小。

可惜WIFI是要另外付费的。
