Easy access to night market. Poor staffs services. Poor communication. Almost same breakfast menu every morning. Stain on room wall painting, stain carpet floor. need to do refurbishment and new paint including to furniture.

I was flying to the airport early in the morning, and asked staff to order me a taxi; not only did they order a non-meter taxi after I asked several times for one, meaning I ended up paying 300 baht for a journey that should be no more than 75 due to needing to get to the airport, but when I came to check out there was an issue with payment which not only stressed me before a flight but also could have easily been dealt with in a helpful manor instead of confrontational. The loction is not ideal, especially if travelling alone, it is situation down a dark alley way with a stripper club at the top of the street.

The location was great, close to all the night markets, not far from the old city and all the pubs and restaurants. What wasn't within walking distance was cheap enough to get to by tuk tuk. Everything was arranged from the information desk at the hotel or down the road there were plenty of other places to use for bookings. Overall great location, clean, tidy and all at a good price. Some of the staff English wasn't the best but then we were in there country and my Thai wasn't any better.

Friendly staff and location Hotel a bit tired -needs a face lift. Need to make wifi free in rooms as charging policy. Breakfast was not to our liking as food was a bit tired

every one at the front desk is friendly the frustration was the lannguage barrier. They are nice, but doesn't understand what we are saying, except the lady manager who speak good English and helpful. No iron in the room called the front desk, they don't have even one. Want to borrow a scale to weigh the luggage the hotel does not have one.

Good price for the rooms given the location and room size, location is excellent for the night bazar and break fast is acceptable Although hotel staff are kind, however, they dont understand English very well and difficult to understand what you are asking about

The room aircon is very efficient and cold. The location is very convenient to the Night Bazaar. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast are very limited , need to have more variety. Need to improve on the wireless facility because it use to cut off very often. Suggestion: To have free Airport shuttle transfer servive for all travellers staying in Star hotel. This will attract more traveller staying in Star Hotel.

Breakfast is lousy. The day shift staff are unfriendly except for one young lady at the reception counter and the marketing executive. Both will try all way to help when we have problem. Will stay again if cannot find a better hotel. The location is good.

做活动的时候定了两晚大床房，差不多RMB160每晚，房间设施齐全够用，就是有蚂蚁；这个价格还包含了自- 助早餐，品种丰富，吃得蛮舒服的；工作人员都是微笑服务，给我们留下了很好的印象；酒店地点很好，就在夜市- 旁边，去古城的话可以坐双条车，20B一人 如果能提供免费的接机服务就好啦，我们自己打的士花了200B。再就是蚂蚁的问题

Location for us near night market was perfect. Easy access to shopping! We would stay again. Mold in the shower. It's humid there, so I'm sure it's not easy to stay ahead of mold.

The coffee was good though. Wireless internet is free that is a plus. The rooms were clean and the beds were ok. The bathroom also was clean and carpet was clean (ie looked fairly new). Buffet breakfast provided but not so great. Everything in the room costs except for the water. The room was quite small so with an extra bed it was crowded, the bathroom also was a bit small. There was a long sofa that could have been used as a bed quite easily and the bed was a king size. There is some mold in the shower grout that some bleach would take care of. For the price could have gotten a better deal. It was right beside the Centara Duang Tawan where we stayed most of our time - outside of the internet, the Centara is much better.
