en primer lugar la limpieza deja mucho que desear, el servicio del personal, la distribución del hotel internamente, la cantidad de avispas que estan en el buffete por todo ello cancelamos la estancia y nos desplazamos a otro hotel. |

El diseno del hotel en general que incluye unas piscinas negras preciosas. El desayuno buffet es abundante y variado y la gente de recepcion muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. No hay ascensor directo a todas las plantas, por tanto para ir a la habitacion se han de utilizar las escaleras del jardin. |

La relación calidad / precio: por 25 € la noche, lo que te dan es más que aceptable: está al ladito de la playa pero no a ras de suelo sino subiendo una colinilla en un extremo de la misma, así que estás cerca pero elevado. Es moderno y nuevo, tiene todos los servicios que uno necesita y las vistas desde las habitaciones a partir del piso 6 y las piscinas del hotel valen mucho la pena. El buffet de desayuno está bien y tiene internet en el lobby y puedes pillar DVDs gratis para la habitación. Además, está cerca de un buen restaurante: el Mali Seafood. Por su diseño, hay que subir a pie una cuestecilla maja hasta la recepción y unas escaleras laaargas hasta llegar a donde se pilla el ascensor a partir del piso 4º. Los acabados de las habitaciones son chungos: apliques sueltos, toalleros rotos, paredes sin pintar con el hormigón y ya... Y por último, el buffet del desayuno es en una zona bastante abierta al exterior y la cantidad de abejas alrededor de las mesas de la comida, a veces, metía miedo. |

Muy buen hotel en Kata Beach. Zona tranquila y cerca de la playa. Habitación y baño de diseño. Bonita piscina iluminada. Personal amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo. Very good hotel in Kata Beach. Quite area near the beach. Design bedroom and bathroom. Nice lighting swimming pool. Kind and helpful staff. I recommend it. No había ascensor desde la recepción pero lo estaban construyendo. No lift from reception but they are building it now. |

El Hotel tiene una relación calidad/precio excepcional. Nosotros reservamos una habitación con jacuzzi y podíamos ver el mar desde el jacuzzi. El diseño del Hotel es muy bonito, muy minimalista con lineas simples y rectas. La habitación enorme, la nevera enorme, te ponen dos botellitas de agua todos los dias, la tele plana con dvd y te prestan peliculas, en definitiva un Hotel genial para compartir del descanso con la familia y pareja. El desayuno un poco escaso y estaba lleno de abejas. El Hotel se encuentra en una colina y para subir a las habitaciones de arriba es necesario llamar a un carrito de golf ( que lo incluye el Hotel sin coste adicional) o subir muchas escaleras |

El hotel es precioso, esta a dos cuadras de la playa y la atencion del personal es muy buena. Quizas que no este tan cerca del centro, pero no es tan importante porque esta bien ubicado de la playa. |

Nice vew from at Kata Wi-Fi sometimes was bad. Spetial electric car for up to hi-floor is cool, but you need to pay fee for driver. I think, escalator cold be better. |

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were amazing. Beautiful swimming pools and the breakfast was lovely It was a bit of a trek to get to our room as there is no lift - we were staying way up at the top but the guys at reception were very good giving us a lift - i understand there will be a lift soon which would be good!No restaurant either for evening meals but food across the road in The Orchid restaurant i think it was called was very good and there are plenty of restaurants around |

the hotel was very fair, the reasonable mini bar prices, large bath, plush design, all helped to create a warm relaxing atmosphere. A later breakfast window would have been nice - maybe until 11am. |

The rooms were lovely and the satff couldnt do enough to help. Reading some of the previous reviews about the having to get a buggy to your rooms had made me apprehenesive but this wasn't a problem at all. I would definitely go back and thought it was excellent value for money. |

The only attraction is the pool. The airconditioner was as noisy as the tractor, constraction work during the day didn't stop for a second, the jacuzzy didn't work, breakfast was awful!! |

Easy pool access for the children. Free wireless Internet. Noise for construction all day long (October 09) from 9am to 7pm. Staff supervisor did not want to acknowlwdge it was a nuisance. |

brand new hotel (opened in beggining of 2009) well-designed in minimalizm style, good view, free internet, the price was unbelievably low, rooms with direct access to pools, 8 levels of enlighted pools still under construstion - sauna/steam is being built, no spa at the hotel, hilly location asks for patience when you wait for drivers who drives you up on a hill (guys are quite lazy) |

free buffet breakfast open until 10:30 am. golf cart rides to upper rooms. free internet no spa facilities, limited views. some other reviewers have complained about the amount of stairs to the upper rooms, which is true; however if you are a physically fit person it is not a problem. Not recommended for the old and the over weight. |

I liked the design of the room and the decor. I also liked the optioned offered in relation comfort i.e. Jacuzzi and swimming pool easy access. I was amazed that the jacuzzi facilities is outside the apartment, where anyone in the public can see a guest take a jacuzzi bath! |

amazing design to fit into the hillside, and extremely well laid out. Warm and friendly staff, and the golf carts and drivers is a concept. Can be hard on the knee's up and down the ramps and stairs, maybe worth to warn elderly people, the golf carts are a life saver!! |
