This hotel is just great for the price it charges... it is located in a hill just beside Kata beach, providing easy access to the seashore. A wonderful tasteful breakfast, including both Thai and international dishes, is served every morning. The majority of the rooms allow astonishing views of Kata beach. The pools are also a must. Well, nearly everything was Ok in this hotel. However, because of its location in a hill, it may impose some difficulty for the elderly and disabled people to get to the rooms. Nonetheless, they have some golf-like cars that may help guests get to the rooms if they want. |

O hotel pode ser considerado barato para tudo que oferece: localização, quarto, etc. Vou recomendar este hotel. Sim: o transporte dos hóspedes até os quartos (o hotel fica numa encosta) poderia ser melhorado. |

O estilo do seu design foi o que mais me cativou.....e a promoção que apanhei também ajudou.E naõ me enganei!Adorei o Hotel,o tamanho do quarto, da casa de banho,bom equipamento.5 Estrelas.O Restaurante em frente ao hotel (Orchid) é também muito bom e barato, comparado com os preços praticados na rua principal da praia Kata. O pessoal devia de ter mais conhecimentos de Inglês.Notava-se nitidamente que por vezes não nos entendiam.Um 4 estrelas deve ter pessoal mais especializado.O facto de ter muitos degraus pode tornar-se complicado para quem tem dificuldades de locomução,mas há sempre um cariinho de golfe para nos transportar até ao elevador mais próximo. |

This was our second stay at the hotel, last year it had just opened. We loved it again. Jacuzzi bath on balcony definately worth the extra. Rooms large with flat screen tv and dvd recorder. Lovely bathroom and enormous fridge. Hotel has now improved on breakfast and the sauna room will soon be completed. Would stay yet again. cant think of a thing ! |

It's a beautiful hotel with a good location. Everithing is wery clean and comfortable. Our room was 1707 on 7th floor. It's true that the elevator serve only between the 3-9th floor. But now beeing built the second one the ground and a 4th floor. Now you must walk up on a stairs or wait for a golfcar. We walked up to the 4th floor and after the elevator. It was not too hard. The hotel is beautiful. Wery clean and modern. The rooms are spacious. The baathroom is wery clean and you can also have a bathtub and shower. It's a superb hotel, I can prefer to eweryone. It was better than I expect. The secon elevator will be finised aprox. 2 months. |

very nice hotel. we took a pool access room and that was awesome. great location, view and peaceful. service and frendliness is okay, not great but good enough. the rooms are up the hill and you will have to climb them once in a while. They do have golf carts but sometimes they are busy. that is the only negative. |

The pools & the view. The bathroom has transparent glass. The blinds provided are not effective in blocking the view totally. This feature may be suitable for couples but not for families. One has climb many flights of stairs & its very tiring when having to go up & down. Should consider installing lifts to all levels. The breakfast is too basic for a 4* hotel. Same menu every day & limited variety. |

It has a fantastic view of kata beach and city and is really close to the busy part of the beach. The room is simple but modern (so is the swimming pool) and the hotel overall is relatively new and clean. Very tiring to go up the hill specially at night when club cars are not available and you are really tired after a long day. |

Nice vew from at Kata Wi-Fi sometimes was bad. Spetial electric car for up to hi-floor is cool, but you need to pay fee for driver. I think, escalator cold be better. |

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were amazing. Beautiful swimming pools and the breakfast was lovely It was a bit of a trek to get to our room as there is no lift - we were staying way up at the top but the guys at reception were very good giving us a lift - i understand there will be a lift soon which would be good!No restaurant either for evening meals but food across the road in The Orchid restaurant i think it was called was very good and there are plenty of restaurants around |

the hotel was really nice! the hotel staff was very but really very friendly and helpful! we stayed in the pool access room and it was fantastic. the large bath tub and shower were really great too! the breakfast was awesome, many different croissants, corn flakes, toasted bread,different types of bread, bacon, ham, cheese, eggs, great variety of fruits and vegetables, and a large choice of Thai food, really amazing! we booked our trips to the island at the hotel,the girl that works there will give you the best info!!! also the motorcycle rental at the hotel was one of the best! the internet access a bit too slow. the pool at night can be a bit cold. many reviewers said they didn t like the too much walking to get in the room as there is no elevator, but we think it is not such a big of a deal. we would just not suggest this hotel to elder people. |

The rooms were fantastic. the Grand Jacuzzi Deluxe room was very spacious and the jacuzzi bathtub placed in the balcony was awesome. It's like having a soak in the open air. The pictures posted pertaining to this hotel does not do it justice. The pictures should be improvised to reflect what customers would get. I did not think much of this hotel prior to the trip, but when i was there, i was very impressed with the Grand Jacuzzi Deluxe room. |

the hotel was very fair, the reasonable mini bar prices, large bath, plush design, all helped to create a warm relaxing atmosphere. A later breakfast window would have been nice - maybe until 11am. |

The rooms were lovely and the satff couldnt do enough to help. Reading some of the previous reviews about the having to get a buggy to your rooms had made me apprehenesive but this wasn't a problem at all. I would definitely go back and thought it was excellent value for money. |

The only attraction is the pool. The airconditioner was as noisy as the tractor, constraction work during the day didn't stop for a second, the jacuzzy didn't work, breakfast was awful!! |
