Camere e bagni molto spaziosi,la posizione rispetto al mare è davvero invidiabile.Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia,pur accettabilissima,è sugli standard del luogo.Potrebbe migliorare. |

Tranquillo, ottima la posizione,buoni I servizi e la cortesia, buono la colazione. Molto interessante il sevizio internet gratuito posizionato a bordo piscina La piscina molto piccola e fredda non era quella che le foto promettevano. La palestra idem, ma la piscina con dei bambini e' +importante.dopo la prima settimana prenotata con voi, abbiamo prorogato il soggiorno ma ci hanno cambiato camera e non si riposava piu per il rumore |

design e pulizia camere,personale molto disponibile e gentile,ottima e abbondante la colazone a buffet,fantastico il centro SPA(da provare,tariffe scontqtre per gli nospiti dell'hotel),internet free,buona la posizione della struttura a 3 minuti dal mare |

Nice pool, convenient location It was advertised as a hotel with gym, that's why I booked it, but most of the gym machines did not work and it was tiny, any day another person joined me and my husband in the gym it was too small for 3 of us!! We had to wait as each person took turns using the 2 working machines, pretty shabby for a 'chic' hotel! |

Modern, good breakfast, free internet (although a little slow), close to the beach, good location We asked for a double bed but given a twin, when advising of this we were told we could swap the next day, we tried the next day but they said "tomorrow", we couldnt be bothered by the end. This seems to be a common problem in thailand though, not sure why exactly. |

The rooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to th beach and the DVD library was a nice touch. |

Good room service, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with good air conditioning. King size bed terrific. Our room was at rear of hotel, no balcony and very noisy from kitchen area at night time. Unable to enjoy relaxing time on a balcony and had to continually leave our room to go to beach or pool. Very disappointing we could not enjoy privacy of our room with a balcony to relax on. I would recommend your hotel only if a balcony room was provided. |

All the hotel staff are very friendly and approachable. The room is spacious and definitely worth the price. I will certainly want to go back again. More variety for breakfast. |

We loved the spa amenities. The massages and scrubs we excellent and the staff was very gracious. Also, the hotel was in a great location on Kata beach. The bed was very uncomfortable and our hotel room was not clean and often smelled of urine and mold. |

Good location. Big & bright rooms, but not clean at all. I think that they do not have a clue about the meaning of the word clean. Noisy, small swimming-pool, and must to be cleaned after each guest. And I mean clean. |

It was a great modern resort, nicely designed, the buffet breakfast was great, plenty of choice etc, location in Kata was great (nicer than Karon or Patong). Overall it was great value, free wireless internet in rooms and 4 computers downstairs for guests to use for free. I would definitely stay there again. |

we got upgraded to a better room, the overall experience was good not very good cleaning, and the pool was quite cold |
