Sukhothai Heritage Resort  

The upgraded room we paid for was worth the money, very nice bed, spacious room and nice shower.

The large bath took just over an hour to fill. The location was not really ideal for us as it was close to the airport with nothing in the vicinity. The staff tried to be helpful but struggle with English. We asked for the hotel to organise travel to the sukhothai historical park, they did this for us but the cost seemed excessive, however this is because there are no taxis in sukhothai.

Staff were excellent. Very warm welcome, friendly and willing to help. The hotel is close to airport with organic farm. Fun and relax holiday.

I stay in room 114. Hot water did not work during my stay. Inform the staff but the problem is not fixed. The way to hotel from main road should have some light.Very dark for night drive. Beside these issues. Everything is excellent. Recommend to family for very relax and easy holidays.

It is a wonderful airport hotel. Sukhotahi airport is a resort by itself. Imagine that you land onto a runway in a park full of flowers. You won't be bothered by airport traffic, only 2 landings per day. We enjoyed the ambient. Locate in a driving distance from the 2 main historical parks of Sukhothai. The hotel is far from the city and they could have taken advantage over charging us for meals but we found the food at the hotel was good and reasonable priced. Bottom line, this is a wonderful place for visiting Sukhothai.

A more generous toiletteries would give the hotel a perfect 10.

Pretty design, close to airport

No bar near the swimming pool, some stuff's persons don't speak English, far from national park, haven't any activities and far from another activities

Comfortable, luxurious place to relax. Note that it's about 30 min driving to historical park sukhothai. This could be a disadvantage for some, but not for us!

This is a superb hotel, super clean and it resembles a lovely hacienda from Mexico however be advised that the transportation to the main site is very expensive and the only option is the one provided by the hotel at 800thb one way. There are no taxis and no tuk tuk. We had a great time there, the food also was great and clean, and there is an organic optionlast but not least the people who work at this resort is very friendly amd they will do their best to make you feel at home.

Hotel facilities in overall are good.

Very far from the city. Food was of poor qualify. My wife ended up with food poisoning after eating at the restaurant. Stay but don't eat there, which is difficult due to the remote location. Organic farm where buffalo are kept in their dunk.... Staff with limited english language ability.

Le personnel n est pas formé, le service est exécrable, il manque d un vrai patron dans la boutique qui jette un œil sur les détails. Notre réservation n était pas conforme, et ils n ont jamais voulu changer. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel qui se dit 4 étoile. Dommage le cadre est très joli.

Calme, rafinement. Disponibilité et qualité de service du personnel

Malheureusement cet hôtel, contrairement à ce qu'il affirme ("...à Proximité") est extrêmement éloigné du parc historique de sukhothai : plus de 30km et plus d'1/2 heure en taxi… quand on connait les routes en Thaïlande, on peut se faire une idée du trajet !

Diner de "Gala" imposé à 2.500 baths . Sinon room service dans la chambre, le 31 décembre. C'est du vol! Buffet très médiocre, aucune boisson, pas même de l'eau, comprise dans le menu.

Accueil sympathique et professionel malgré notre check-in plus que tardif. 21h30...

Courir après mes enfants le long des différents étangs... et canaux près de la zone de petit -déjeuner

スウィートに泊まったが、ドアの鍵が掛からない。ホテルの人でも掛けられない。　直せば。 Webがベランダに線ゴチャゴチャにむき出しに置いてある。 幻滅する。
