Ideally located on Baan Tai Beach and surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Sunshine Residence provides accommodations with tasteful artisanal decor. It provides free WiFi and free parking for motorbikes and bicycles. Each villa has a unique layout and includes air-conditioning, a large open plan living space, private modern bathroom, private terrace, fully equipped kitchen and a flat screen TV. One of the villas has its own Jacuzzi with sea views and another villa features its own private swimming pool. Sunshine Residence is peaceful and quiet while being conveniently close to many local and Western restaurants, supermarkets, activities and the town center. The property is a 10-minute drive from Thong Sala Pier and a 5-minute drive to the Half Moon Party area. It takes around a 20-minute drive to reach the Full Moon Party.
