It was our second stay, we still enjoyed it. The location. It is located in Surin which is a central location in Phuket. The room, bed, bathroom and small kitchen are great.

Nothin in particular. It would be great to have the option to order bread or other breakfast stuff from the reception. It's something good for lazy people like me ;-) Shops are located 3min walk from the condo.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and modern. Close to the beach. Nice furneture. Relativly good price.

The reception closed after 06 pm. Wifi works onlig in the lobby, not in the rooms. The Surin village is a VERY dirty, auful and unreasonably expensive place in all Phuket. The beach is also very dirty and noisy. On the beach there is a big lake of CLOAC!!!! It smells very bad. No sanitation. You hear much noise from many jetski and other boats which drive very close to the swimers. This is very dangerous and anoying. I really advice not to go to Surin.

Good location. Clean, large and comfortable apartements with kitchen and all conveniences.

No wf in the appartements only in common areas.

Try to book roof top appartments on 5 and 6 floor. Balcony, pool and good view. It is just what you want to relax!

The room was very clean and modern furnished with cozy terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. Walking to Surin beach takes about 10 minutes. Supermarket and a lot of take-away cafes are nearby. In overall - this place is great!

The only minor minus was the bark beetle in the wooden ceiling above the bed - wood flakes fall on bed. Room 25/18. If you pay via credit card 3% commission is charged.

Quiet place, nice free gym and pool. Free wifi at the lobby.free parking.

Bed was very hard and staff not as welcoming or helpful as other places I have stayed

Close to the Surin beach, can walk there with the kids withouth problem, this is a nice place. We rented family apartment, it was very spacious an confortable, furnished. We had a great 3 days vacation there and the hotel is quite nice and quiet. A lot of activities and small shops just around.

It was clean,comfortable and spacious. Well positioned,5 min walk to beautiful Surin Beach. Tesco,restaurants close by. Great little kitchen with a kettle. We loved having our own pool too and the view of course! Franc was very helpful, always happy to answer any questions we had. I would definately return to the Surin Sabia. This Condominium is located about 10 minutes walk from Surin Beach. The room I had was spacious and good value for 2500 Baht a night. There is also a gym and free wi-fi in the reception area. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

There are other hotels right next to the beach.

Tesco right across the street.

Harder to find. Construction in the vicinity.

Surin Sabai had a lot of building work around which wasnt ideal especially as we had paid for a private pool also there was work on the actual building on the day we left it was extremely noisy I was glad that had only started on that day we left . I would have expected there to be some referance on the building work when we booked I couldnt see anything on the reviews perhaps they were a bit out of date I would recommend Surin Sabai but only if the building work had been completed

Overall, we really loved our stay in Surin Sabai Condominium because of it's own specialty as below: - very privacy and not crowded, unlike places near Patong. - the apartment is very spacious and clean - it has it's own class and standard - worth for money, considered budget cost, with luxury place. - it's equipped with complete set for kitchen equipments, and near with shops for groceries shopping if you choose to cook by yourself We enjoy our stay there, and surely will recommend to others or go there again.

1. There was no telephone inside the unit. For us, who rent 2 units of apartments, we have to go upstairs and downstairs in case we want to call each other, as we dont have local number. It is advisable to get local number once you reach the Phuket Airport. Not a big problem, just for value add services and for improvement.

We had a nice huge apartment with private pool on the balcony. Nice view over the village. There is also a decent gym in the hotel. We got an early check in when we came early in the morning to the hotel and also two babybeds for our small children.

There was a serious tsunami warning when we were there, but hotel manager or anyone else didn't say anything to us about it!! Fridge was dripping a lot of water the whole time, but they put only a towel on the floor. There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel. Private pool in the balcony is so low (about 90 cm ) that you can not swim in there. Location is pretty bad, it's a far away from anykind of shopping etc. There is only a few restaurant nearby.

The size and design and layout of the apartment. After one day one comment was, Lets buy it.

No complaints, exept the daily walk to the beach, which was a little longer than expected, but doable for all anyway.

Läget och standarden är superbra.

Vi bodde i en taklägenhet med egen pool och kommer absolut att åka tillbaka.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal ... Strand leider etwas entfernt, aber leicht erreichbar.

Очень большие апартаменты, с собственным бассейном на 5 этаже. Идеально подходит для больших компаний. Обязательно арендовать машину или хотя бы байки. Тогда весь остров в распоряжении...

Далековато от пляжа, если идти пешком. Сурин не самый хороший пляж как оказалось (хотя ехали специально туда по многим отзывам) но вполне достойный, хорошо что есть с чем сравнивать за поездку останавливались еще на двух.

удобное расположение, до пляжа 10мин неторопливым шагом, доступность мелких магазинов и кафе, бесплатный wi-fi, бассейн при выходе из номера( с балкона 1этаж), соотношение цены и качества
