horrible location in what appeared to be a seedy run down area

Very close to the airport, nice room, nice bed

I did take an interior room to keep the price down, there was no windows except in the bathroom over the shower. Unfortunately the mechanical for the air-con units were situated outside of my bathroom window and the switching on and off all night long kept me awake.

Clean comfortable room, nice hotel, ate in the restaurant which was very quiet, we sat on the terrace, service was good, food tasty,

Room a little on the small side, would have benefited from having a chair or two in it.

Location, we had to catch a place early next morning; I like the big bed as well....good value for the money

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, the terrasse restaurant and the beautiful Spa and the swiming pool

We stayed for one night prior to flying back to uk . Pool was dirty so couldn't enjoy the last of the sunshine. Decided to eat in the hotel - service very poor due to one staff member running the bar , take out service as well as serving meals !! Interconnecting rooms means you can also hear your neighbours when they check in at 3am !

The staff was very friendly and helped out in every way that they could.

There was no phone to call the front desk in the villas.

Ok, here it goes:- We arrived to bkk late in the evening and checked into the hotel late. After having a meal and few drinks we came to our Suite and only then we found out that the fridge contained two empty heineken beer cans and one empty sprite can. The removing covers of all those cans looked like they were unopened and untouched. We thought it was too late to inform the lobby someone emptied those cans before our arrival and ourselved we drank two Singha beers that were placed in the fridge. Next early morning while checking out and rushing to the airport, we explained what happened and what we found very late last night. However, the staff wasn't open to listen to this and started playing the game "I don't understand your English ". At the end of the story, we did not pay but the morning mood was spoiled. Recommendations to the staff: Check the fridge together with new guest upon checking in to make sure the drinks are unopened and sealed in the fridge.

The hotel was superclosed to the airport so it was perfect because we stay the last night of our trip. The hotel has a free taxi service to the airport. Nice hotel with spa and different kind of massages available.

The staff was a little bit cold. The sorrounding is not so nice as the centre of Bangkok.

Hotel looks on picture very good, but in fact i was old.

- Pick up came too late - Internet in the room did not work, not all rooms are covered by the WiFi signal - Mattress is hard like rocks, laying on stone has similar comfort

I liked theb ease of getting to and from the airport. I have stayed in many hotels in the Lar Krabang area, some good and some not vey good, but my stay at this hotel was excellent although I only spent about 14 hours. The restaurant on the 7th floor was quite good with a variety of food, the bedroom was very good , with a comfortable bed . It was so good I am about to make another booking

I enjoy good Thai massage, but I felt that the massage and spa packages that this hotel provide is very very expensive..

The shuttle service combined with the proximity to airport. Room was very clean and the value good. Would only stay there again however if on an early flight out of Bangkok.. only 10-15 minutes from the airport.

Whilst the staff were friendly, they were at times a little slow. The bed was large but VERY HARD.

My wife and I appreciated the promptness of the pick-up from the airport and delivery back to the airport. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good food for evening meal and breakfast.

Evening meal service poor, not enough staff, we did enjoy the food though.

My room was very modern and clean. The breakfast included in price was delicious. Lovely swimming pool to relax in while waiting on my flight. Wifi in room included in price.

My bed was on the hard side.

Goede pick up service, ophalen en wegbrengen . Goede lokatie dichtbij het vliegveld. Leuke kamer met een goed en lekker ontbijt buffet.

We needed an overnight hotel for our flight the next morning. Included in the price they picked us up from the airport and returned us the next day which was very helpful and the hotel is only approx 10 mins drive from the main airport. It was basically fine for what we wanted but not overly luxurious but this was reflected in the price. Ideal for a short stay. Nice roof terrace on the 6th floor with a bar etc!

A bit noisy due to proximity of main airport and also the corridor seems to amplify any people walking about late at night, but at the price who can complain!
