room is very clean .

The location, it was really close to main buildings, like big buda.

The breakfast was poor, the staff unfriendly and the room and bathroom were dirty.

No elevator, no facilities

I like everything and beautiful places I have seen for the first time in Bangkok, Thailand.

Language barrier..difficult to understand, only few knows English language as medium of communication..

Cost

The room size is very small

Lovely rooms. Hot showers. Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel, not too noisy, definitely recommended for trips to Bangkok.

Nothing really. A small walk to Khaosan. Food not great.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy.

It doesn't really appeal as a four star hotel. It's very 80's and could do with a bit renewal here and there.

Location

las habitaciones parecen nuevas. Esta a unos 15 o 20 min andando de kao San Road.

El restaurante cierra a las 9pm y cerca no hay muchos restaurantes. Tienes que ir cerca de kao Sand para comer algo. Hay que coger taxi para moverte por bkk. Esta bien para un dia para ver templos y Kao Sand.

Nice room; nice shower; quite although on big street; good breakfast

About 15 min walk to Khao San Road, I wouldn't walk alone there at night as a girl; reception staff unfriendly and unmotivated; restaurant staff not flexible, if you are travelling in a group of friends, you can't pay seperately

Bad location

It is clean and in a good place. 5 min walk to the pier, 10 min to Khaosan road and a locat night market is just infront of hotel. We really enjoy staying in this hotel

No pool and any other leisure facilities.

There was no lift

Not a 4 star motel. Did not accept credit card amx. Wanted 500 baht just to call us a taxi. 20 min. Walk to khaosan rd. So it is a ways from the action. Aircon was not working that well so we were hot all night

The Staff are good and friendly also like coffee shop.

Its location is Far away from riverside silom

Just the breakfest nothing much.

We went there for 1 night accomodation and requested twin beds. During check-in, the receptionist informed us that they can not provide twin rooms even though they have it! They requested extra 400 Tbh for per night for the twin beds! We told her that we are not happy with this situation and she told us 'she is not happy with us' either. There is no elevator at the hotel, rooms are very small. Besides the staff attitude, reasonable price to stay.

Fairly quiet but still close to the buzz of khaosan and surroundings

Compared to other hotels/hostels etc, he little additional comfort doesn't necessarily justify the much higher price

good hotel located in the historical quarter of Bangkok, the inside design is beautiful and very Thai, staff are not very helpful and friendly but acceptable. generally It is good value for money.

That it was right off the street.

realized early morning that the room was really poorly acustically isolated and there was a crowd of people shouting under my window so had to get up,no glass for the windows just some kind of plastic like material.

The hotel is located in 15 minutes walk from khaosan road, also quite close to main interesting temples in the old town. Though if you want to be close to the main shopping and other entertainment in the city, maybe you should book the hotel closer to Siam Square. Quite comfortable bed.

The hotel located in a bit dodgy street, close to a huge road. Not the easiest spot to find, not all taxidrives know where it is. There is no any transportation spot nearby, so you have to use taxi all the time. The taxi is quite chip though in Bangkok. Staff was not very eager to help. So don't expect any useful tips and support. Breakfast is a bit boring. Room was totally fine, though the shower is a disaster — you can use either cold or hot water, nothing in between. It was a bit loud from the conditioner from the outside, so if you have troubles with sleeping, consider this. Also it can be quite loud from the corridors sometimes. Overall, ok for a night or two, if you want to be close to old city sightseeing. But definitely not value for money.

location - not in a noisy area and only 10 min to Khao San Road, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, WIFI in the room, good quality for the money

sometimes we had a problem with a safety deposit box in our room.

Very Clean ... Staff was very welcoming. Especially the night shift guard :)

Staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were mostly clean and when I was first brought to a room that smelled of smoke, they immediately switched it.

Definitely not a four star hotel. There was no air conditioning in the hallways and the eating area smelled awful. There was a salamander in my room, as well as mosquitos. Also, my room for some reason did not get cleaned the last day.
