Staff were very helpful and the hotel had a good atmosphere. The owner Mr Coke was always on hand to ask questions and to help us out. |

The staff was absolutely wonderful for the most part. My husband was injured and we were very well taken care of, having a wheelchair made everything so much easier. The food was excellent value for money-and delicious (knowing the 13 Coins restaurants was a factor in our decision to stay there). The airport transfer service was excellent; George was very informative and friendly which was a wonderful way of starting our trip. My husband was thrilled to meet a former boxing champion--and he was great, bringing us his muay thai magazine, and letting us take pictures. We ordered room service many times and the majority of the staff were pleasant. We enjoyed it so much we may stay for the weekend rather than going straight back to Surat. There were small things that if taken care of would make it a bit more polished. For example the outside light didn't work, the remote didn't work, the bedcover zipper was broken, the lighting made it difficult to read... nothing of major importance, really, but if taken care of would really add to the hotel. |

Ankunft und Service waren gut organisiert. Hotelpersonal sehr aufmerksam. Pool nicht sauber. Sauberkeit laest an manchen Stellen zu wuenschen. |

Die ruhige Lage nach einem langen Flug. Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Auf den ersten Eindruck wirkt alles gepflegt, auf den zweiten Blick: Schimmelsporen im Badezimmer, Klimaanlage veraltet und hinterläßt Wasserspuren und Schimmel an Wand und Decke, Farbanstriche blättern ab und sind vergilbt. |

Oli suhteellisen siisti paikka rauhallisella alueella. Hotellilla tarjota taksi heti kun sitä tarvitsi. Ruokaa sai nopeasti ja suhteellisen edullisesti. Kuljetus lentokentälle oli helppo järjestää. Henkilökunnassa oli ainoastaan yksi joka osasi englantia, joten asiointi oli välillä todella vaikeaa ja hidasta. Hotellialueen puutarha oli todella hoitamaton joten siellä oleskelu ei ollut mukavaa. |
