the environment of the hotel is very great~very cozy and very elegant~~ If i go to Chiang Mai next time and i will chose this hotel again. location is a bit far from the old city, but if your like the countryside feel ,this hotel is a good choice. the hotel is outside the old city, bur Chiang Mai is not a big city,so i think that's ok~

Made to order Breakfast Proximity to Center of Chiang Mai Simple and Clean Easy to catch a tuc-tuc almost any time You feel like you are at a true Thailand lodging Good Wifi connection To become a good to great Boutique hotel need to pay attention to the small details. Better bath towels, cold wet towels and simple tea or fruit juice upon check in. like most of Thailand paper products (napkins, printer paper, invoices on a full sheet) seem to be in short supply.

Really nice hotel with a Good location close to the nightmarket and many places to eat. The bathroom door was strange because it was made of wood and didn't have a normal lock, instead you had to close it with s large wooden block placed in a opening on the outside and on the inside.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Nut. Comprehensive and inexpensive services. Well designed n decorated. Room smells nice. No mosquito! A little far from the old city since we stayed only a few days. House keeping kept knocking the door the first day while we were still suffering from jet-lag...

Everything was more than expected. The staff ir really really helpful with everything!! The breakfast is great! The rooms are really big and cozy with nice balconies. The hotel it self is really cozy and kind of zen place, makes you feel really paceful! The only con is that is 2 blocks away from the old city, but we walked it everyday or rented a bike for 1,5 dolar a day. Besides that you also have good places around so not always need to go to the old city.

Just about everything. Design, cleanliness, location (3 min walk from the Old City), an exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was quite good with unlimited amount of fruits and vegetables. Ideal place for exploring the the City for the very attractive price. The rooster in some house nearby woke us up at 4 a.m. We changed the room and the problem was solved, but it's worth to specifically ask for the room with no "chicken"while checking-in.

The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. It wasn't luxury, but it was definitely a great place to spend the night while visiting Chiang-Mai compared to the price.

The wait staff were lovely. One in particular was really helpful; I think he felt bad about the Dragon Lady. The superior room was really nice, large, lots of room and a bathroom that was big enough to shower and leave my toiletries out with room on the bench. There were also enough sockets to charge my phone and tablet, which some hotels don't have. The wi-fi worked best from one particular spot in the room, but it worked, which was great. I arrived exhausted from the 15 hour train trip, desperate for a cup of tea & when I said I was looking forward to one in my room was greeted with the words: "you must upgrade, you want tea in room" by the Dragon Lady who seemed to run the place. As far as first words spoken, it really put me off. I had to pay her for a tea bag, then ask if I could have some milk, & then ask again for sugar. It immediately created a bad feeling. A complimentary tea or coffee on arrival costs little & creates a warm fuzzy feeling. This hotel did not have it. I moved the minute I could to 60 Blue Road, within the walls, which is lovely :)
