Tai Pan Hotel  

I stay at Tai Pan because I have done so in the past and it is close to my family. If you wish to make improvements, I will try to help with suggestions below. The breakfast is excellent, clean, fresh and tasty.

The shower is not efficient and the water sprays over the entire bathroom wasting water. There is usually no Equal in the whole hotel. When I needed extra paper products, the housekeeper was suspicious and looked through my room (while I was in the room) to see if I had placed paper products in another area. When she was satisfied that I had not hidden the paper products, she gave me more products. Since this bad experience, I bought extra paper products from local vendors. Your lobby is ugly and shabby. The handrail and steps are terrible to view. Knowing something of carpentry, a small amount of money is needed to improve this area. Peppie Tandhasetti

Convenient location, reasonable value for money. Good Internet access and friendly staff.

Spent many nights in tai pan hotel. Price is correct and location is great, walking distance to bts and new super big shopping mall Terminal 21, few stations from siam, etc. never had somth to complain about..

I liked the fitness room, the sun area and pool and thee internet access.

Reception staff should not give details of guests to anyone who calls to ask

Make sure to document any agreement made such as conecting rooms and late check out

The staff especially the porter/bellboys are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the food at the cafe is cheap and good. Generally the hotel staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. In addition, the hotel location is near to the bts.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and eager to serve you. The bedroom was large and well furnished. The breakfast was excellent.

The swimming pool environment was very stark and not well laid out.

We stay here everytime we visit Bangkok as we like it so much

호텔이 옛날식 호텔, 스태프들이 영어를 거의 못함, 처음 도착했을때 이 호텔 찾느라 무지 애 먹었지만 이건 지리를 몰랐기 때문에 , 소이 카우보이가 가까움, 호텔예약전에 소이카우보이가 뭐하는 곳인지 모르고 예약 했는데 이 곳때문에 크게 불편한 건 없었지만 가족단위로 여행 오시거나 여자 혼자여행 하기에는 조금 적절하지 못한 위치..
