All of this hotels staff were very helpful and friendly! I stayed in the standard room which was very spacious and very clean with appealing interior decoration. Since the hotel's location is near the sky train station and the MRT, all just minutes by foot to get to, it would be an excellent place to conduct business with free WiFi on top of that! I have no complaints about my stay for eight days in November 2009 and when I go back to Bangkok next year, I would definitely stay at this hotel again! PS, I work at a four-star hotel in Las Vegas so I would rate this hotel at least 4 1/2 stars! |

There were black mold spots around bath tub and non-slip mat on bath tub bottom. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. |

Breakfast Hotel requires a new toaster as only one side works on the four slice toaster.Bread i found was sour and stale after being kept in delapitated old bread containers could do with some new ones. |

The hotel is located in a place well connected with train services and bus services to reach other places. Also it is located in a area wherein so many good restaurants of other choices are available making one's stay more comfortable and enjoyable |

Very nice hotel with clean and good size non-smoking rooms. Hotel is in an excellent location close to Skytrain and BTS stations to take you everywhere throughout the city The hotel internet service is convenient but is more expensive than othrt internet cafes located nearby. This hotel charges an additional 'joiner' fee for unregistered guests |
