Environment and room quite clean. Staff friendly. Good location. We reached there about 9am but the staff also allowed us to check in the room 1st. Very good services.

Breakfast limited. Only have 3 types of breakfast to choose. Not the buffet style. But it is not the big matter to me.

Great location, just 2 mins walk to night bazar and main streets in Chiang Mai. WiFi in the room.

Spacious rooms. Big fridge. Very quiet, but great location for night market. Breakfast included makes it better value for money. Travel desk great, received a lot of help.

Petty - but the towels smelt damp. Tv signal could be better. Curtains are a little bit thin. But nothing that would stop us staying again.

Easy access to the family and friends, we were able to be part of the Festival of Light.

That is hard because we were well recieved and believe that we got what we paid for.

We choose this hotel due to its location for the loh krathong festival by the river. It served well as a place to sleep for the night. Breakfast was okay, actually a pretty typical breakfast as the other places we've stayed. Really close to the night bazaar.

All staff were very friendly and courteous. I had booked two triple rooms but only five of us were able to travel. The staff were very quick to offer an alternative room at a lesser price. A substantial breakfast is included. The hotel is located approx 5 minutes stroll from the Night Bazaar.

Finding the hotel is not easy. Use a sat nav and look for the sign on the right.

The hotel was making major repairs the entire time we were there and chose to put us right by the rooms being worked on. Terrible paint fumes and noise. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. No hot water.

We ended up using this hotel as a kind of base while we travelled around north. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating we were able to leave our luggage there so we didn't have to lug around big suitcases whilst we travelled north. The location was awesome right near the night markets but still quiet. Would definately come back here it was amazing value for money!!

The outlook of the hotel is OK, however the hotel is a bit old, and water in the shower room is very small. I noticed there's renovation on going, hopefully things get better after renovation.

Location great - close to markets and food outlets. Excellent value for money - would definitely stay there again.

Mold on the wall of my room. Carpet on the floor was clean, but I prefer a tiled floor. Not a hotel to go when you travel alone and want to meet people, very quiet.

Great location near lots of shops and restaurants, near the night bizaar, cheap tuk tuk ride to all the temples!

The sink in the bathroom was a bit dodgy, but that is only a small thing.
