TV has very less channel, for single person gave twin bed, in display chart of booking.com it showed free breakfast but when confirm it show breakfast not include. To go to massage and gym lift has no clear sign on which floor, massage brochure is not kept in room,

Nothing. We did not try any of the food however as we thought that this was a little expensive when you have hundreds of food outlets right on your doorstep.

Big bed. Nice breakfast. Perfect swimming pool area. Helpful and professional staff. Quality of sleep (no rumors even being 100 meters from Patpong!).

Tawana is an 80/90s style hotel, so bit 'old' but won't take it a s a real negative point, overall is real good 'grand hotel'. Wi-fi is not free.

It's a reasonable hotel, located close by Patpong night market and Sky train. Breakfasts are great - wide selection of warm and cold food with fruit and veg as well. You can go either for full English one or stick to more local tom yum soup :)

a bit further out from the river. Staff is nice, but their English is not great. Service and rooms are OK, but I wouldn't say 4 star one. If you are a light sleeper don't go there - the a/c is very loud...

Location to Patpong markets. Fried rice from room service.

Staff did not appear to want to help. Almost seemed rude. When requiring taxi's staff would over charge it was easier and cheaper to go onto the street and organise yourself. Did not help when asked questions,had their own agenda's for activities. Rooms not clean and smelt old did not vacuum and very limited dusting completed. Breakfast was shocking the worst I have had in any location in the world. Room service was touch and go if they would get it correct. English is very limited in this hotel. Pool area is overlooked by a carpark that locals just stand and watch you swim. Not child friendly. No free wifi this was also charged at 2000 baht per day in the room or 70 baht per hour in the reception area.

We only had 1 night in Bangkok before our flight in the morning. The location was ideal for the Patpong Night Market and places to grab a good meal.

You could hear the doors of other people's rooms slamming closed all night.

Swimming pool was clean and refreshing for a morning swim, helpful staff in a convenient location.

Fun location across the street from the night market. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself was pretty.

The description of the hotel boasts its proximity to the metro that you can easily take to the airport. We just needed to know the easiest way to get to the metro station from the hotel. Everyone we asked for directions acted like we were crazy and then pushed us into taking an overpriced (and loong) taxi ride to the airport. Service at the pool was a little spotty. The pool was very chlorinated - wear your goggles!

We very much liked the location of this hotel (within a few minutes of both Skytrain and Metro) and the elegant interior. The best part, however, was the staff. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful!

The rooms are a little worn but they are clean and spacious.

The location is excellent for the restaurants, sktrain and subway in Sala Dang close too hotel. Staff attentive and always smiling.

Only allow one keycard per room, this can be inconvienient at times. They tell me it is hotel policy, and wont budge!
