The friendly staff who will do anything to help you out, a lovely relaxed atmosphere, the cutest kitten ever. First experience of dormitories at the age of 36 and have to say it was a positive one

The only thing that I would say against this place was the shared shower in dormitory was not that clean, but for £3 pounds a night and no other complaints I could get past this as was only a two night stay

A very comfortable place to stay that isn't right in the middle of old town yet very close and convenient. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed in dormitory which was very nice, but didn't seem to be cleaned during my 2 night stay. The towels are made of synthetic fabric, which wasn't very absorbent in addition to them being overly fragrance infused, which I am very sensitive to, so that was a little unfortunate.

Nice location for a little quiter area of the city, but a short walk from everything you need really. As a hostel, very good and nice travelers visiting this place.

We spent 12 nights there, and only once they cleaned our room. And even then, we had to ask for it separetly. The staff dont speak much english, better to learn some thai. Also the worst thing, is that the lady who is kind of half-owner in the hostel, is terribly greedy. Do not trust her in anything she says, except that the prices she asks for are truly that high. Doi Suthep trip through this hostel costed 500 bht, but if you take a songthaew by yourself it´s only 80 bht.

The facilities were great, the location is good and a bit out of the old city, so not as busy. Places to get some cheap food etc close by.

Unfortunately the swimmingpool only has the morning-sun (till about 15), so no tanning in the late afternoon. The towels don't dry very well (guess they are new; I prefered using my own), only a blanket to sleep under (no sheet), the cleaning of especially the bathroom wasn't done properly. And, they offered way better prices for walk-in guests. (500 bath for a double room)

The lady running Teeraya was very helpful and helped us to plan all our activities. The food was tasty and very cheap. It was clean and staff were helpful. We had a great stay.

I would ask for a room upstairs as there was a lizard in the dorm room. If you want to avoid this just request a room upstairs. It is a little out from the main areas but a tuk tuk was cheap.

    Pool was nice

Hotel has a potential, but lots has to change. The room wasn't cleaned before we checked in. Layer of the dust under the bed and a couple of things from previous guests. Bathroom was dirty, especially sink and toilet. Wifi worked only downstairs. Staff very unhelpful and unfriendly. No English Evening receptionist was never there. Tour desk never opened. Shuttle bus doesn't exist. Instead they call tuk tuk , which over charged to share money with hotel. Do not recommend overpriced Full English Breakfast.
