The staff were very helpful with information and the business is close to many tamples and places of interest. Many items were broken and did not work in the bathroom (fan, toilet seat broken, sink drain did not hold water) |

The staff were helpful and the room was a reasonable size and price. The location was also very good. The room, although clean, smelt strongly of mothballs and was incredibly noisy. I could hear everyone in every room surrounding mine and in the rooms above. There were phones ringing at 4am, loud TVs and intimate conversations. After a 12 hour transcontinental flight I desperately wanted to sleep and wasn't able to. There was also no window. |

Good helpful staff!! Ask them if your in doubt of anything. They helped us alot. Rooms are small, but ok value for the money. |

Tiene una ubicación perfecta pq está en el barrio de Kao San que es donde está todo el alboroto, pero a dos calles, así q no hay ningún tipo de ruido. El baño pequeño, y ducha, pica y retrete..T duchabas y dejabas todo chorreando..horrible. |

De kamer was schoon en het beddengoed en hoedhoeken werden iedere dag verschoond. De kamer was verder van alle gemakken voorzien voor een zeer acceptabele prijs. Aangezien Thai Cozy House vlak bij Khao San Road ligt is het er 's nachts wat lawaaierig. Wat beschonken (Britse) toeristen wisten zit slecht te gedragen en veroorzaakten overlast midden in de nacht. |

Kamer en sanitair was proper. Propere handdoeken en lakens. 2 flesjes water ter beschikking. Grote frigo. Goed gelegen, nabij bushalte en bezienswaardigheden. |
