The A/C worked well

Bed bugs, cockroaches, hair on pillow, hair on wall in shower, disgusting soap dish.

Good location to explore Old Bangkok. Breakfast was quite good.

Room incredibly damp, made worse by broken extractor fan in bathroom. Smell of damp to go with it. Unpleasent to wake up in the morning covered in a film of damp. Sink drain leaked onto feet when tap was running. Noisy, from street and club next door.

Rooms were very small. Bathroom so tiny you could hardly move. Stained duvets.

It's what you can expect for this kind of money. People shouldnt wine about bugs because Bangkok is a dirty place so you better get used to bugs if you want to stay at a cheap hotel there. And the location is great!

I didnt have a window. That can be annoying, but apparently this is normal in Bangkok aswell.

Fist room offered was musty but offered upgrade which was much better (as it had a window) Poor soundproofing, and noisy in adjacent rooms.

One day our room was cleaned only after request. No printing possibilities; I asked to print a boarding pass and they told me to go to another place. In other places we stayed in Bangkok the reception told us not to take taxi on the street to avoid overcharging and the reception called the taxi. Not here! When we left for the airport, they called us a taxi and we had to pay it to the reception and became overcharged. We felt cheated!

Friendly, helpful staff. very close to Lomprayah, which was the main reason for me to stay here. The room was also quiet for being in bangkok. Good restaurant with reasonable prices.

Not so clean, but its still good value for the money.

Rooms with no windows are a downer and a few of the reception staff don't make you feel particularly welcome.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, on the 5th floor there's a wonderful terrace, on the 6th floor there's a great spa, which we'd recommend to everybody. Breakfasts are good and though breakfast starts at 7, we could get it a little earlier when we needed because of early departure to excursions.

The hotel is often overbooked and when we arrived at night our de-lux was not available and we had to spend one night in a standart room with no window, the worst is that we were not told about it and got an explanation and a refund only when asked. Bathroom must be fixed.

Rude staff,expensive,room cleaned ok,but very old fixtures and fittings,paid for most expensive room,and not happy,told reception and they said tomorrow we give you a better room,this did'nt happen and went on for 3 more days.stayed there on 5 previous occasions,cheaper before and better rooms,but never again. We were even shouted at to check out by the old receptionist! Never had bad service like this in thailand in 13 years.

Friendly staff who were very helpful, clean rooms and excellent location close to Khao San Road but far enough away to be quiet (well, as quiet as you're going to get in central Bangkok!)

Breakfasts could have been a bit bigger or at least offered another refill of coffee

Very convenient location right next to Khao San Rd, without the noise nuisances. Good for budget travellers if they are willing to accept a lower than standard level of service, in exchange for some bucks and a great location.

Stayed 2 nights and room was not serviced. Breakfast staff not very friendly, but that doesn't change much the overall appreciation of the Hotel. The walls are thin and could hear the neighbor's conversation. Also my baby crying did disturb some neighbor.

Location, that is if you like the busy atmosphere of khao san road, and breakfast was included, which was only fair for the price we paid.

There were bugs in the room, the receptionists weren't always very friendly, the tours arranged by the hotel are pretty chaotic but everything works out in the end, just don't forget your sticker! There were some entrances that needed to be payed for and that weren't mentioned in the package,like musea etc.

The staff was really pleasant and helpful. The spa on the 6th floor is wonderful and great piece of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was on par with all other places we stayed in Thailand in this price range.

The rooms had no windows! The bathrooms room extremely small and dingy. For the price it is really what you should expect. Not bad, fir the price really.

Tres bon acceuil , possibilite d arriver tres tot en plus , chambre propre et spatieuse sans fenetre, par contre mauvais isolation du bruit des chambres voisines. Tres bien situe dans Bgkk

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir, die Lage zur nahegelegenen Khaosan Road. Aber auch, dass es sich inmitten des traditionellen Bangkoks befindet.

Naja, am Boden krabbeln hin und wieder kleine Insekten herum und die Dusch/WC-Anlage wurde nie gereinigt, dafür aber das Bett hübsch hergerichtet.

jediná výhoda tohoto hotelu je, že je umístěn v centru Bangkoku.

Pokoj je malý, ne příliš čistý. Pokoje se neuklízí. Určeno spíše baťůžkářům, kteří v pokoji jen přespí.
