Pretty rooms and koi pond, spa quality toiletries (La Occtaine), free shuttle, free wifi, quiet location and attentive staff. The coffee they serve at the cafe and for the good free breakfast is excellent. Recommended. They are new and still working a few details out. A window lock that wouldn't close, internet print center that wouldn't print, etc but the friendly staff addressed these things quickly and kindly when they came up, it wasn't an issue at all.

Great vibe to the place. Close to the main hub. Beautifully set out and relaxing. In house food was very average.

Extreme friendly and helpfull staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They have a free shuttle service to the airport. They over a kind of taxi service during the stay free of charge. The WiFi was not working at the room.

酒店非常干净.员工非常热情.服务都很周到..很满意. 酒店位置还算可以,离老城区还算比较近.不过还是得要走10分钟左右. 还有就是,蚊子比较多...不过没怎么被咬

الاختيار كان أكثر من رائع، فهو فندق مكون من 3 طوابق مناسب وآمن للاطفال، هادئ، جميع الموظفين أكثر من خدومين ومتعاونين.. أثاث الفندق جميل و نظيف ، ومريح.. بركة السباحة تفي بالغرض.. وجود اللاب توب في اللوبي ساعد الاولاد في الترفيه عن أنفسهم.أنصح اصحاب العوائل بالحجز فيه. لا شئ..

酒店的设计非常有特色，非常用心。 员工非常友好，很乐于帮助客人解决问题，态度和善。 早餐不错。 Jaccuzi浴缸很好 临街的房间太吵，清晨会被摩托车吵醒。 酒店离古城不算太远，但还是算稍稍有点偏僻。 泳池不如同等价位的其他家酒店好。

Ein außergewöhnliches, romantisches Hotel mit tollem Interieur in guter Lage! Zuvorkommendes Personal, Frühstück (amerikanisch oder Thai) wird serviert! Trotz der extrem harten Betten sollte man 1-2 Nächte dort verbringen! Leider sehr sehr harte Betten und kleine Zimmer! Moskito Alarm! Der tolle Hotelgarten besteht zu 100% aus Wasserfall (daher keine vollkommene Ruhe in der Nacht) und Fischteich! Nicht behindertengerecht!

alles einfach super,tolles service,extremst nettes,zuvorkommendes,hilfsbereits und bemühtes personal!! zimmer vielleicht etwas klein,auch der balkon!sonst gibt es wirklich NICHTS zu bemängeln!!!

L'accueil et la serviabilité du personnel est excellente. La mauvaise odeur d'égout dans les parties communes qui s'imprègnent dans la chambre ainsi que la situation géographique de l'hôtel : beaucoup trop éloignée du centre ville et du marché Wararot pour un voyageur qui souhaite découvrir la ville en flânant dans les rues... !
