wonderful building, helpful and happy staff, had a great stay! Very tempted to come back soon :)
The hotel was lovely. The free ride to the bus station was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent
Not a big deal but you had to log back into the Internet every time you returned to the hotel.
The staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel was in a quiet location. We'd definitely use this place again.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in this quaint hotel. The place has character by the bucketful. It's hidden away from the busy streets but still within walking distance of the old city.....absolutely gorgeous.
The design of the hotel Staff were friendly and helpful Responded promptly to all queries prior to arrival Beautiful hotel Nice room Spa Bath in room is great! Overall fantastic
Nothing worth mentioning!
Anyone should stay there one time in a life. Everything is perfect. Staff and the rooms are gorgeous. Nothing wrong, nothing to be worried for. Thanks for this wonderfull accomodation.
-I don't know the way to hotel and I made a call then they send me a free shuttle bus and pick me up at the airport. I don't know how to go to night bazzaar then they send me a free shuttle bus. I don't know how to go to sunday market then they send me a free shuttle bus. I changed my hotel but didn't sure about the location then they send me a free shuttle bus. This is the best service I have ever seen. - Very close to Chiangmai Gate so that i can bought fresh fruits every morning in the market.
-room is very small but comfortable
The look of the hotel very pretty
Wifi kept dropping out
we chose the king room with the jacuzzi - amazing!, the staff is really friendly, the shuttle service worked so good and they even took us to the airport for free after our stay, the design is amazing surrounding you with water
the breakfast could be better in a hotel like this, but still ok
The staff were amazing, they were all too pleased to do anything for you. The style of the hotel was what attracted me to them and what made it even more special was that it was in an area where local people had their homes and shops, so you got a feel for the place a lot quicker. Chiang Mai is a wonderful place to visit and would go back in a heart beat.
This wasn't the hotels fault as they don't know how you sleep but the bed was rock hard, no lie it was like we were sleeping on the floor. The room and pool area are very boutique (we take the word boutique now as the meaning for small) very cramped and there were only 4 sunbeds. Lastly there are major building works going on and we had a front row view of it from our balcony. I don't think they will be finished until the end of the year so if you are thinking of booking please ask for a room near the pool, it's much quieter there.
Very nice and pleasant staff and decor of hotel was nice and funky
The bed matress was very hard and took a few nights to get used to in fact have never slept on such a hard bed!
The hotel provided a very comfortable shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff provided a top class service. They couldn't do enough to help you. If you are there for only a short stay they have a booklet with the excursions you can book through them at very reasonable prices. We booked one of these trips (elephants, ox carting, swimming in the waterfall) and we had one of the best experiences of our lives. The location of the hotel is perfect. It was set back from the main road yet was about 5 minutes from the centre. We walked around at night and felt very safe. Walking to our room there were stepping stones with water and fish beneath! Wow!! Our room in the hotel was amazing. I read a few reviews that the beds were hard, which is true but suprisingly very comfortable! The shower was a combined normal/rain shower a little small but not a problem. The tv was a flat screen and the house keeping was fab. We were right next to the pool and the waterfall was directly outside our room which was very relaxing. It was switched off at night which was good (at times we thought we left the shower on.ha) the pool was located to the back of the hotel. Small but great for a three day trip!
The only negative about this hotel was the food. But it wouldn't put us off staying here again.
Walking distance from the south gate; quiet ambience; nice food, friendly staff.
This boutique hotel was so cute and lovely to stay in. Although breakfast was not included in the room, it was cheap (only a few dollars) and had a huge variety of different things. The pool was small but the decor and guest services were great. The hotel is in a good location, the only issue I had was the firmness of the bed. It was extremely hard but they give you many pillows so it's easy to rearrange yourself comfortably.
Firmness of bed
Close enough to walk to main square, but far enough away from the noise and rush of the city. Spacious rooms and comfy bed (was quite firm but we had no issues with this). Staff were friendly and always willing to help, included breakfast was fantastic. Free shuttle to the market and airport were a nice touch and saved us a couple of taxi fares. Thanks!!!
Jacuzzi tube is great
towel is slightly old
friendly and helpful staff, close to the center, free shuttle bus to airport, nice pool, good drinks, nice decor
drinks a little pricey compared to the bars in town, but that's kind of expected. Didn't ruin our stay at all
This hotel was wonderful and so cute. Really nice rooms, and especially loved the pool. The decor was so nice, we loved our stay here. They also have a free shuttle to/from the airport which was very convenient. Would definitely come back!
The beds were a little too firm, but this seems to be common in Thailand, as opposed to a fault of this particular hotel.
Staff helpful when directly questioned, but not pro active.
Building fronts onto busy road. Choice at breakfast other than how you like eggs is take it or leave it. Room totally unclean, huge cobwebs, thick dust over most surfaces, no wardrobe, little draw space. Bathroom poorly cleaned, leaking bath. No running pool filter check pond like algae around underwater pool lights. Massively overpriced and unacceptable.
-DECORATION!! -Free airport shuttle -Downtown shuttle -Not far from main attractions -Confortable (bed is not as hard as some say) -Saturday night market is blocks away
-Not a very extensive variety in breakfast
The room was super clean and the staff was very attentive. I loved the quaint feeling of the hotel. With the waterfalls and koi fish, I felt like I was on an island. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
all of it the staff are excellent
Very beautiful little and confortable hotel. Room is a little bit small but very nice, also the bathroom. Beautiful decorated. Nice breakfast. Excelent location and private free parking. Far from the noisy old, inside walls, city but near enough to walk to the center. Nice and relaxing pool. Very good price for what you get.
Smell of the room (humidity) after being closed all day.
Terribly noisy from the street traffic.
Comfy bed. Lots of Yhai artifax.Beautiful fish pond water feature and pool. staff proffessional. Temple close by. Not too far from action but too hot to walk far. Free shuttle from & too airport.
Not walking distance to restuarants cafes or shops. Needed tuc tuc driver.
