Nice pools and comfortable rooms.

This hotel has major communication issues. Three emails sent to the front office in the days before arrival to request airport pick-up were not replied to. Furthermore, the management had failed to read our note through booking.com regarding our room preference. This was a source of major inconvenience given that we were travelling with a toddler. On checkout we phoned for help with bags three times. Each call was unanswered. Standards of cleanliness could be better. Both rooms we stayed in were littered with random hairs. The bathroom stank like a rat had died in the U-bend. Our ground floor room had a big mosquito problem. Yes, we are in the tropics and what can we expect? However, it did not help that the cleaner left the doors wide open with curtains pulled back each time she cleaned. Cue restless nights. Room service order messed up and food arrived cold. They were never able to provide us with enough towels. No Wifi at all in the whole place - not even the reception. This is extremely poor given the amount of competition around. Staff morale seems very low here. A smile at breakfast was hard to find. Clientele is now dominated by a single nationality of package holidaymakers. We stayed here three years ago and had a great time. This place now, however, is a shadow of its former self. We shall not return, nor recommend.

Good location. Room was clean if nothing extravagant.

There was very little hot water!!! The hot water only lasted for less than 5 minutes at a time.

Good price, good service, good location. Perfect to stay for holidays.

Why is wi-fi no free?

Good value for money, newly furnished, clean.

About 10-15 min away from the beach and main restaurants area.

I liked that hotel rooms were spacious and mostly clean. They provided bottled water each day and an unbrella that I could use when it rained. The staff was friendly, and I liked having a spa at the hotel for massages. Also I liked that there were many TV channels to choose from when it was too wet to go outside. Finally I liked having the special Thai barbeque for dinner on Saturday.

The only things that I did not like were that one of the rugs in the room was a little dirty, but perhaps it's hard to keep clean because of the closeness of the beach. In additon, there were a couple of staff members that did not speak English well and there were just a couple of times that it was difficult communicating.

Muy bien situado. Limpio y relación calidad-precio muy buena. Habitaciones cómodas y de diseño con ac. Totalmente recomendable!
