The hotel was very nice, with friendly staff, but Kata in low season wasn't the most enjoying. Great beach 5 minutes walk away. |

Because they did not have a double with a king-size bed, they upgraded us to the Family Suite. Some receptionists don't understand English. Staff workers giggling at 7 AM on the corridors. |

The hotel was very much to our liking. The staff was wonderfull and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home and at ease. We even went back at the end of our vacation to stay for another 3 days. So in all we stayed and aprreciated their hospitallity for 5 days. Thank you and if we ever go to Kata Beach again we'll be back at the Beach Boutique House. |

Staff was extremely kind, the room was very clean and well decorated. The hotel has an excellent pool and no noise could be heard from our room. The hotel's restaurant makes excelent and fresh seafood, as well as fantastic exotic drinks. We had a very pleasant stay. |

Newly built area 200 m off the main tourist zone. Very friendly employees. Clean and safe, nice interior, good breakfast (if you opt for the american or the asian breakfast). The breakfast and computer area are let's say in the hall but that makes it as well more alive. The way to the beach is indeed along a quite unpleasant canal but the hotel makes up for this. |

Way to the beach goes near sewage canal. However we rented a car and went traveling to different beaches of Phuket, so for us it was not a problem. |

Very nice hotel, well located, in a new district of Kata. This hotel is a very good surprise as the accomadations in Thailand are not as good as equal accomadation in Europe. This one is different ! You should stay there ! And the price is good ! |

The hotel is easy walking distance to Kata beach, so the room rate is lower and additionally the atmosphere is more relaxed as you are not trampled by all the holiday-goers. No airport transfers. |

Low off-peak hotel rates. New hotel. Pool under construction. The neighborhood is under construction - noisy and dusty. The walk to the beach is along a drainage canal and not very pleasant. |

Närheten till strand o shopping men ändå ett lugnt område. Fräscha rum i modern design. Området väl underhållet. Det var ganska lyhört men inget som påverkar mitt val om jag ska boka igen. |

Besonders gefallen hat uns die klare und saubere moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer, obwohl das Zimmer sehr klein war. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die Zimmer keinen nutzbaren Balkon hatten. Entschädigt hat uns dafür die Liegefläche am Pool einschließlich der Nutzung des Dampfbades sowie die sehr freundliche Bedienung durch das Personal. |

la camera spaziosa la comodita' dell'angolo cucina l'informazione riguardante i quattro minuti dalla spiaggia rispetto alla posizione dell'hotel assolutamente non reale e l'obbligo per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di costeggiare un canale di scarico fognario disgustoso e ancora una colazione mediocre e mal gestita |

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Preis-Leistung ist top! Das Frühstück ist etwas monoton (allerdings ist das in anderen Hotels gleicher Klasse ähnlich). Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht so schön und in der Umgebung wird noch gebaut. |
