The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket    

The food was the best to describe my stay there and as a whole the villa itself its awesome and huge.

My first day of Phuket as I get into the transfer from the airport I was told that my villa had some maintenance issue we were then transfer to another villa it's called the Kiri and we had stayed there for 2 days.I Have checked that Kiri is at least charging 20%-30% cheaper than the Bell.Upon our arrival at The Bell on the 3rd day we were told that the following day all the electricity will be shut off from 9am-4pm so we have no choice but to get out from the beautiful villa the next day.My stay with the Bell was only 1.5 days which I paid for 5 days.The reason we have not jumped on this situation is we had only 5 days we just don't want to ruined this trip which already has been screwed thanks to The Bell. Till the day when I checked no manager came out to apologies on this situation.My overall experience is all up to you to rate this.

The hotel was amazing and its very quiet and the staff are helpful. But this hotel is very nice for honey moon couples and for famillys. The only issue was that their r soooooo many bees and my wife was always screaming like a baby so watch out all men if u have wifes are affraid of inscects.

to be honest! all the services were so great in the Bell Pool Villa!! the waiter or waitress were so nice to answer your question one by one patiently!! I will be there again if i go to Phuket again!! so quiet place to live and enjoy your life here... and also when i left that day, i forgot leaving my luggage on the shuttle bus...the driver was so kind and back to remind us, finally sent us to the Patong beach freely!

Very quiet and private

Location was not so good, even though the hotel provided shuttle transport to local beach and town was not frequent enough.

We stayed over the period 1 July 12 - 14 July 12, it is during the monsoon season in Thailand and Phuket does not escape this deluge. This said, rain hail or deluge, this resort is exceptional and we found that swimming in our very private pool while it was raining was like being in a shower, it was extremely romantic and sensual as the pool was warm and so were the rain drops. From the outset the staff of the Bell couldn't do enough for us, we had pre-arranged a pickup via their limo (Toyota Fortuna 4WD) and were greeted with cold water and a running commentary by their driver on the way back to the resort (Fantastic). When we arrived at the resort we were greeted with Thai Lays and cool Tea with Frozen Lemongrass towels that were amazing (we became addicted to them each night before dinner). When the reviews describe the villas as private, they are not kidding, Each unit is surrounded by a high brick fence that also has heavy tropical vegetation within the perimeter. This privacy means that you could be forgiven for forgetting that there are no other guests within the resort and quite frankly if you chose to walk around in your birthday suit, nobody would ever know. Its just that private..period. We left the kids at home and stayed in a 3BR villa, we had access to the main living pavilion and the Master Bedroom which is also in its own section. The middle two rooms were locked out, but we had access to the outside bathroom. One thing that we really loved was the outside deluge shower that has hot and cold water, it made for romantic interludes. The Breakfasts are really great and offer both traditional Thai and western cuisine along with pastries and choices of Waffles and pancakes. You will not go hungry and this is all delivered and brought to your Villa each morning for you to enjoy.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. This said, we thought that it would have been a nicer touch if we were received with a complementary exotic cocktail, that would certainly have rounded out the total package and polished their whole presentation. The Staff are the best asset of this resort, the overall service package is far better than any five star resort that we have ever stayed at and they all went out of their way to make us comfortable and valued. We would highly recommend this Resort to any couple who want a total romantic interlude.

Far away from markets and beach

We stayed at Honeymoon private pool villa and it was fantastic. The pool was much larger than I expected and the rooms were very large. Breakfast in villa service was also very nice.

Although just 7 kms away, the hotel is not in Patong where phuket lives. So basically you need to find some transportation from Kamala to Patong almost everyday. There is a free shuttle for this but it is twice a day and not that much useful. I recommend you to find one of the non-taxi guys in Patong, do not pay more than 300baht from patong to kamala, and take their number to call to hotel when you need to go to patong (and back).

The Bell was simply brilliant. We stay in Pa Tong for a week of craziness before arriving at The Bell and were so happy so find a quiet place to ourselves but still close to the beach. The staff were excellent. Thanks Mr Crab. If you are looking for somewhere that you never won't to leave, then this is the place.

Belle villa

Le lit inconfortable,le petit déjeuner immangeable, pleins de moustique dans la villa, et le personnel n'est pas très honnête par rapport au tarif des taxis.

Jeg likte hele villan. det var snedig, fordi vi reiste med en som hadde dawns, og kunne derfor ha bedre kontroll med han når vi bodde slik sammen, rommenne var helt sykt bra,men det var noe insekter der. bassenget var bra og passe stort.

Very private Execellent food

- nice clean conditioned rooms with excellent design and villa layout. - privacy and far away from crowds and main attractions and from the beach(this could be negative for some but for me it is a plus here). - although for the points highlighted in the negative side. there are staff that are very polite and respectful.

- we checked in late night only to receive a bad news that the following day from 9:00 AM till 4:00 PM there will be no electricity or water (due to planned government maintenance). so what did they do? offer a trip for 20% off !!! i did not reserve this villa for taking trips away from it and if i am forced to take the trip then it should be free. the hotel was not ready for this planned outage by renting generators to operate every thing in the villa. - one night we visited "Phantasea" and the return trip to hotel was by pickup truck!! and we were in the back!! i booked from the hotel that supposed to be a 5 star hotel and i received this kind of cars! - all the trips that we made there are small details that makes the deference, for every trip there are cold towels and bottles of water in the back but for the return trip to airport they removed the bottles of water right in front of us while we are setting inside the car!! it is just a bottle of water but it this is shows the class of service. - the breakfast orders were never as per ordered in my 3 nights stay! the main course and drinks were correct but the other side orders there are mistakes. - the TV channels needs to be more from international known channels. like FOX Movies, Disney or Cartoon Netwoork and from arabic side there are 2 channels for live streaming from mekka which is not a real channels with programs.

I liked the privacy , facilities , staff were very freindly.

It would be much better if the room service menu had more selections.

لا يوجد أي مكان خدمات قريب بدون إستخدام تاكسي ولايوجد تكييف بالكافيه الخاص بالفندق بالإضافة هناك بطىء شديد في حل الحالات الطارئة وعدم التعويض عن هذه الحالات حتى بالإعتذار

Несмотря на то, что и в прошлый раз не был в супер-восторге, все же поехал еще раз, т.к. ничего с сервисом и отдельным бассейном на Камале за эти деньги нет, даже в частном секторе. Тем не менее, за год отель стал еще хуже. Сервис сведен к минимуму, никакого косметического ремонта не проводится, бассейн за 3 (!!!) недели не почистили НИ разу от слова вообще. Только хлоркой обильно посыпали. Ну бред же, учитывая количество растительности на участке, с которой постоянно в него что-то сыпется. На завтраке постоянно приносили не те блюда, которые заказывались, 3 раза звонили и будили в 8 утра, хотя завтрак был заказан на 10. Цены на такси и прочее по-прежнему неадекватные, Интернет несколько дней не работал. Короче говоря, отель абсолютно не стоит своих денег и никаким боком не может претендовать на звание luxury - единственное, что в нем приятно - бассейн и приватность, но все это весьма условно и не стоит таких денег, на Пхукете полно других мест, и если задастся целью их найти, то станет очевидным необоснованность цены отеля и его 5 звездочный статус. Отзывам на трипадвизоре не верьте, из них явно, что их пишут востороженные (и почти наверняка оплаченные) идиоты, реальные отзывы с негативными комментами сливаются =( Итого - адекватная цена отеля - 6 000 рублей за ночь. В нем нет никакого сервиса и удобств, отвечающих цене 15-20 000 за ночь. Не рекомендуем. Вообще.

Beautiful oasis of tranquility in the hub bub of a typical seaside town in Phuket.

We chose this hotel because of the in villa dining which we thought was great idea for us because of the age of our children. I am not sure the in villa dining worked so well in practice as it was a bit more like being in self catering as the food was just delivered to you and you were pretty much left to set your own table and tidy up afterwards. Breakfast was the same in the morning with the dirty dishes being left for quite awhile unless you chose to wash up yourself. This was a shame because apart from this, the resort was quite luxurious and the private pool beautiful. (Also a shame though that we had to have engineers to fix our hot water twice and unblock the toilet - at least they came straight away but it was a little frustrating and intrusive).
