The Briza Beach Resort & Spa  

Our pool in the villa with the huge terrace was nice.

We were on honeymoon trip and our villa was beautiful decorated!!!! The resort was amazing, the breakfast and diner was excellent! A compliment for the management team & staff. We had late check-out and it was no problem. We can recommended everybody who likes a of quality resorts. If we come back to Koh Samui defiantly we come back here.

The staff were fantastic and anyone who gives this hotel a bad review must be billionaires that stay in hotels at £5000 plus a night! The staff are very friendly, yes there English isn't fantastic but don't forget we are in a foreign country! The villas were lovely, food was nice and beach is at the bottom of the rear of hotel. I was very impressed. A drink and towers when arrived and tour of facilities on golf buggy. Lovely hotel. Wish we stayed longer!

Disappointing.

Too many faults to list. I'll keep it very simple...book elsewhere.

Location is Ok, few minutes walk to Chaweng, and away from noise at night

Don't look at the photos while booking. Water in bathrooms is very bad, and hot water is barley coming out. Hotel furneture is very old, and needs major Renovation. Rooms are not very clean.

Briza is located a short walk (10 minutes) from the main strip of bars etc so it's great not to be so close to the noise but close enough to walk down

For the price that we paid, I was expecting a lot more, particularly as it had a high star rating. Whilst the room we had (Double Villa with Plunge Pool) was large, the contents were of a poor standard. The sun loungers were old and dirty, the "pool" was not what I would consider a pool. We asked for assistance with the room for things that we were not happy with - broken kettle, uncleaned balcony, undelivered laundry, drinking water bottles not replaced - but the staff did not respond so we had to repeatedly ask to get it sorted. Not the kind of hassle you expect for the amount of money paid.

We were unexpectedly upgraded to a room with private pool and living room. The breakfast is very good here. Very near to Chaweng Beach which is very nice with shallow seafloor and long coastal line. Many Beachside restaurants are very nice as well.

The hotel room with high privacy. Seldom saw other residents and I was a bit scared. Walk around ten minutes to the Main street.

про такой отель хочется сказать: все сделано с умом и для людей ! территория спланирована просто потрясающе, в итоге имеем самодостаточные вилы, которые размещены так, что создается полная атмосфера единения с природой и изолированности от других вилл. территория крайне ухоженная, видно что персонал следит за состоянием всего начиная от коммуникаций и заканчивая декором и все своевременно поднавляет, ремонтирует и т. п. персонал дружелюбен, английский на нормальном уровне. пляж удобный, да мелковато, но увы это уже объективные особенности этой части чавенга. до центра чавенга с его ночной жизнью близко, но на такси естественно. до аэропорта тоже рукой подать, но что хорошо, самолеты над отелем не летают, у них получается иные траектории. воющем остались крайне довольны !

Отель расчитан на небольшое число гостей, что очень благоприятно для отдыха. Очень уютно, чисто и комфортно
