It's calm, it's clean, beach is great, rooms are great, breakfast is perfect. Spa is overpriced so we didn't go. Restaurant is very expensive too. For me the stairs were not a problem but i can imagine for your children or eldery it might be a problem.

Difficult for some to climb all the stairs if room is 200 or higher. Golf cart service would be recommended.

The staff were really helpful. It was our first trip to Thailand and they made it easy to book day trips and anything we wanted to do. The beach at the Surin was pefect! No problem getting a lounge each day and no local trades bugging us except the local bar, which was great. The food & drink was expensive at the resort. Not much cheaper than Australia after taxes & surcharge, but the qualty was amazing. For that reason, we still ate there a lot. The stairs were a challenge, but good to help work off those cocktails.

The design of our hillside cottage and the privacy of the setting amongst the trees. The staff and massages at the spa. The overall design of the hotel apart from the steps. My husband very much enjoyed the Thai cooking class (he was the only participant) 1.The steps! 2. The beach is not good for non confident swimmers like my husband. 3. The 17.5% service charge on everything is too high 4. lack of activities such as yoga classes

The hotel was in front of the beach. We stayed at hillside cottage. It was just a disaster. So many many stairs up to hill. No elevator. They new that we have a baby but they gave us a room which is very far from beach. And so many steep stairs to reach the room. All rooms floors were made from stone it was so cold and dangerous for little child families. Normally all exclusive hotels in thailand s floor was made from wood . we cant find a sunbed , at beach and also at pool not enough for all customers. At breakfast we waited 10 minutes to sit, not enough chairs and tables. It was disgrace.

Tout, la gentillesse du personnel, très compréhensif, aux petits soins, un manager très attentionné et adorable, un lieu magique, unique, plage privée superbe, cottage magnifique niché dans une végétation luxuriante (chambre 332 puis 337), bref extraordinaire, un petit paradis terrestre à l'état pur à phuket ! pourvu que cela dure pour qu'on puisse y revenir le plus vite possible Rien !

Romantische Cottages mit gutem WiFi, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal und der schönste Strand von ganz Phuket sorgen für einen Traumurlaub. Wir kommen wieder. :-)

La plage calme, le petit déjeuné,les services en général. Les marches pour accéder au pavillon surtout en flanc de collines. Attention pour les personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer.

Das Surin ist ein absolut klasse Resort. Ich war nun zum zweiten mal hier und werde sicher wieder kommen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und die Villas auch. Nur Treppen steigen sollte einem nichts ausmachen. Wir hatten ein Hiiside Cottage auf mittlerer Höhe, das waren 130 Stufen zu gehen, für uns aber ok. Der Strand ist ein Traum, absolut ruhig da nur von 2 Hotels genutzt und dafür dicke gross genug. Also für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub perfekt, und wenn man action will geht man raus und fährt nach Patong. The only thing i did not like was that the wifi is useless. Despite it is nice that each cottage has its own access point, the throughput was close to nothing and unusable. I used my 3G connection which worked much better, but i definitely would expect a better wifi connection.

Внимательный персонал, достаточно неплохие номера, хотя удивило отсутствие DVD. Достойные завтраки. Опять-таки удивило отсутствие качественного English Breakfast Tea и Espresso. Превосходный пляж. Выраженного негатива нет, но главный недостаток - несоразмерная цена на блюда в ресторанах отеля. Да и директора по питанию и напиткам им бы сменить (качество европейских блюд - весьма среднее, а тайские через чур выхолощены под требования, видимо, гастритных туристов. Да и винная карта - скудная. Им бы брать побольше за стоимость номеров, но снизить - на еде и напитках! Заработали бы поболее! А так имеют массу неудовлетворенных гостей, которые с наступлением вечера разбегаются и разъезжаются на ужины по более хлебосольным местам, в т.ч., весьма дорогим!

Absolut traumhafte Lage mit herrlichem Strand. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Thailand sind die Angestellten deutlich weniger freundlich. Das Frühstück ist zwar reichhaltig aber es steht alles ungekühlt in der Wärme, schade.
