room was fine, bigger then i expected. 12 minute ride from airport so this is good for people looking for a shower and some sleep between flights.

Nothing to walk to so you must use the in house restarant. Basic but OK. half hour wait for the shuttle to arrive at the airport but then a quick ride to the hotel. You can hear all of the airport/airplane noise from the rooms. No good for people visiting bangkok for business or vacationl

Room was good for the price. Efficient pick up from the airport with staff on standby till 3am.

Great for the first or last night since the airport is very close! 24h Hotel tranfer to the airport which is amazing and there is food walking distance from the hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff. They smiled and greeted everytime we met. Nice atmosphere.

Breafast were served in poor quality. Many flies were in air-conditioned dining room. Food were open all the time, no lids. Flies were found in food. That's not good for health at all. It's disgusting. Moreover, breakfast was not tasty. It should be improved immediately.

At meeting point at the airport the hotel sign visibility could be improved. It was a bit hard to identify the contact person.

The staff was very, very friendly and polite. We were treated like royals. Rooms were nice and clean. Nice, although quite small, pool area. The value of money was very good!

Location was good for us, because we where there just for one night waiting for a morning flight. But other than near to the airport, the location is not good. There is nothing else.

unlike most airport hotels this one actually had things going on nearby - a few small restaurants and a market so you didn't feel like you were stuck on an industrial estate at the side of the motorway - yet still only 5 mins from the airport

Extremely pleasant staff. Good hotel facilities and very clean. This is second time we have stayed there. Ideal for Bangkok airport and hotel provides transfer service to airport, which takes about 15 minutes.

Friendly staff. Location close to the airport because we stayed there only for one night on our way to Phnom Penh. Fantastic pool, comfortable rooms. local food places around.

Design and general cleanliness, friendly staff and bus to airport included in price. Overall a great place to stay for access to airport and city! A good place to recover from a flight in or overnight before flying out of BKK.

The general location in the outer suburbs was less inspiring - but it was perfect for access to the International Airport.

Clean

Airport transfer costs 50 baht per person. We booked one at 6 am in the morning. We said we did not need a wake up call. At 5:45 there were calling us and knocking at the door. In the end we arrived at 6:01 and the shuttle was already gone. The gave us back the 100 baht and we took a taxi which cost us 80 baht. Unless you are online it does not make sense to take the shuttle that the hotel offers. Wifi is not free and they charge 70 baht for 30 min. Ridiculous expensive. The first hotel in Southeast Asia that charged for Internet. Location is not good. If you decide to spent your remaining time in Bangkok you need to take a taxi to the train station. Next time we would stay in the city in a hotel close to the airport railway link which is very convenient.
