All the staffs are so friendly , always smiling, very helpful receiptionist are all very professional, Remember I complaint to your site last year when I was in riga - latvia. Last year in July 2008. the hotel name Karevell (can not remember the spelling) that was shit place to stay suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!four wings in bangkok was the best & the best Nothings all are the best very comfortable |

Staff incredibly kind and ready to solve any problem. Great breakfast buffet They make you pay for all amenities in the room (soaps,bath foam,toothbrush,pen,note pad,etc...). Internet connection and international calls very expensive. |

We were shown the hotel room by a very nice and charming lady, the room was clean and the view to the backside (to Sukhumvit 24) was excellent! Asked for cancel 1 of 2 nights booked and replace it by another order of 4 nights. After agreeing they let us pay the night we were not there anyway but removed the ashtray and kettle from the room and added signs to the facilities that we were not allowed to take little shampoo flasks etc. with us (property of the hotel!). The TV set was secured with a cable so people don't steal it (!?!?!?!?!). |

従業員はすぐにこちらの顔と名前を覚えてくれていつも笑顔で感じのよい対応だった 連泊したが朝食の内容がほとんど毎日変化がなかった為少し飽きた。また最終日の朝にバスタオルが１枚不足し- ているといわれ２００バーツ支払う羽目になりそうだった、こちらとしては証拠もない為却下したが気分を害し- た |
