Fantastisk flott hotell med nydelige værelser. Luksus preget. Stor frokostbufe med god service. Gratis shuttel buss til International flyplass, kjøretid ca 20 minutt.

Litt lang avstand til Bangkok sentrum for shopping. Veldig upersonlig og mye rot med reserverngsbeløp på kredittkort, måtte betale alt i bar og frokost kontant (kunne ikke føres på værelse). Frokost ikke inkludert i prisen.

Huge, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely pool, very friendly staff and easy reach of Airport. We stayed 2 nights at end of a 3 week trip and it was a perfect way to end!

Swimming pool's working hours-from 7am till 7pm, because of this fact we couldn't try it. Seems shuttle service to airport works on schedule, not as per the schedule of our flight. And it's 20 min to the airport, not advertised 10 min.

A fabulous hotel for our last night in Bangkok. We chose this hotel for its location close to the airport. The rooms and facilities were excellent and complimentary transfer to the airport was provided. Used room service to order food in the evening and this was very good and the prices very reasonable. Even the mini-bar prices were a lot less than other hotels we have stayed in. Late check out from our room was easily arranged for a reasonable price. Will definitely use this hotel again when arriving or leaving Bangkok.

Generous sized room, Internet connectivity, the buffet is high-class and gourmet.

Shower drain in room 1109 was blocked and could have resulted in bathroom flooding. Hard to control shower taps because the door is in the way. Dining chairs in buffet too low for tables.

Great Hotel...lovely room, good price, excellent breakfast. Staff welcoming. Transfers efficient. Easy to get into Bangkok...get bus 145 or 209 outside Hotel to Hua Mak Skytrain Station and a quick journey in on the City Line. More fun & quicker than a taxi.

....Only the pillows. They were plump hard foam. We asked at reception for feather pillows but were told they didn't have any. Only a minor glitch but it would have been nice to have a good nights sleep.

The hotel itself is beautiful and close to the main airport. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is some good local food close by, good to stroll down over the small creek to the local market when it is on.

Would like a hand shower in the bathroom. It is a long way from nightspots.

For a one- night stay-over in Bangkok, this hotel is perfect; due to the airport shuttle service and location.

The service was ok, but the friendly waitress in the bar didn't speak a word English. ( she could have sold us more drinks...)

Have to say I didn't like too much about my stay. The rooms are modern and luxurious that's about it.

Staff do not speak English well. The restaurants especially the Chinese is terrible. The pool is very small with few beds so there was no where for us to relax which was very frustrating. Our airport transfer wasn't scheduled. I think above all else the difficulty in communicating made our stay very difficult. Also the hotel is in the middle of nowhere although close for airport but I'd recommend staying in the city and taking a slightly longer taxi ride. This hotel needs helps.

I was there 2. time and this time you gave me a suite for the price of normal room. I liiked very much and want to say "Thank you". Service in general is very good, I will come again if I am in need of hotel close to Airport.

1) Far from the city 2) We asked for extra WiFi pass because they only give you 1 pass per room. they told us it will cost 100 BAHT put later when we checked out they charged us 450 BAHT !!

Very spacious room, very clean, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is what I would call luxury.

Unhelpful business lounge staff - we needed to make an important call but noone was willing or able to help us in the business lounge. Very isolated. Costs a fortune (considering the conversion) getting the tourist sites or to go out anywhere. The traffic meant it took 40 minutes in a cab to get to the palace for example. To put it in perspective, in total over the course of 3 days we spent 5 hours in a cab. I needed to get a load of washing done while I was there - it cost £60 which is absolutely exorbitant and unacceptable when you consider how much it costs the hotel to pay the staff to do it! Pool area was too windy to be able to enjoy the surroundings and the water was not heated.

area is not very inspiring, taxi's often refuse to take you back since it is far from any tourist area's and hotelservices like dining are good but rather expensive.

The staff was abysmal! We came in on a late flight and were exhausted. They couldn't be bothered.
