The Grand Napat    

The decor was chic. Staff were courteous and acccomodating. Had all basic facilities including good speed internet wifi in the room. 2 BR appartment was good sized for the 4 of us.

Location is far from the downtown action. Restaurant had nothing for vegetarians and cook was hesitant to experiment.

Its a well kept clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice facilities and breakfast is good. Quiet neighborhood but not very far from city.

There was not a thing i did not like, it will be my pleasure to always recommend The Grand Napat.

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht. There is a shuttle service into the old city that the hotel provide every night which is very useful. The swimming pool is a good size and again very clean. May be a couple of more sun loungers would have been nice.

Hotel was clean and nice. Free pickup with shuttle bus from the airport. Nice pool. Free wifi.

Very limited breakfast, not much to choose from. Staff did not speak proper English (as in very limited). The location was a bit far from the city. A lot of the items on the restaurant menu were not available (we tried several days ordering different items but not even a simple Coca Cola or Sprite was available eventhough it was on the menu). Very limited amount of beds around the pool. Only one hotel shuttle ride per day to the city. The laundry takes a minimum of two days. The hotel really isn't too bad but we wouldn't recommend it since there are much better ones closer to the city.

everything has to be one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays ,the staff went out of their way to make our stay feel so special.would highly recomend

Quiet surroundings. Spacious room. Nice breakfast (limited choice but good enough). Friendly and helpful staff. Free transport from/to airport and in the evening to the Night Market.

It was away from the town centre and markets, but this allowed us to enjoy the tuk-tuk rides every day. Only one nearby eating place.

Good Rooms. Big in Size. Free Pick up and drop from Airport. Prompt Service. Breakfast is good. The hotels ambience is lovely. Staff very decent and responsive. Overall my choice as this hotel to stay was best.

I thought everthing was fantastic, the staff, the food was excellent, everyone was so friendly. I would recommend the Napat to all my friends its a 10 out of 10, top marks from me, loved it. Thank You to everyone, I really enjoyed myself. See you next time.

1. The room is big and clean. 2. The staff is freindly and helpful, when we arrive at Chiang Mai midnight and ask booking a one-day-tour, the frontdesk help us do it well, and she can also provide free bike rent. 3. Free pick up sevice from airport to hotel and hotel to airport, railway station and bus station. 4.Provide schedule bus to night market and downtown every evening.

The people were so nice, room was very spacious, well equiped, free rental of new and current dvd's. free towels at the pool. trip suggestion was good and all was to be booked at the reception, hardly more expensive as on the street. free shuttle to the airport. I would realy suggest this resort to any kind of traveller

as the gueast were mostly international, Breakfast was a very narrow selection, I would suggest to add fresh juices instead, and aqdding any types of bunns, pancakes with maple sirup...
