The hotel staff is very good service and helping. Breakfast is also good. Room is clean toilet is good. I had stay here already 3 times.

The Grand Riverside had generously sized comfortable and clean rooms. Thr Hotel also offered friendly and professional service. The Hotel also gave excellent views of the Mekong and the city. The breakfast given at The Grand Riverside was excellent.

Für den Preis von 35€ pro Nacht kann man das Hotel als Luxus bezeichnen. Vom Ankommen bis zum Abreisen war alles prima und ich war sehr zufrieden so ein schönes Hotel gebucht zu haben Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist ohne Navigationsgerät und nur mit Koordinateneingabe zu empfehlen.

Le service de l'hotel était très bien. Le personnel, bien que parlant très peu et mal l'anglais, était disponible et nous a aidé dans nos démarches pour arranger notre transport en bus pour notre prochaine destination. L'hotel est situé juste en face du night bazar. La chambre n'était pas très propre, en particulier la salle de bain qui n'avait pas dû être nettoyée depuis un certain temps car plusieurs araignées vivaient dans la baignoire. Il y avait également des araignées et des fourmis sur le mur juste à côté du lit. Le karaoké au restaurant est trop fort. Le personnel parle très peu l'anglais.

Personal, teils unfreundlich. Frühstück unterer Standart. Hotel entspricht 1bis2 Stern. Keinerlei Vergleich, mit dem Top-Land Hotel in Phitsanoluk.

Hotel bien placé, proche du marché de nuit et d etablissements de massages! Belle et grande chambre climatisée, tout confort. Très bon petit déjeuner!!!! Personnel à la reception antipathique! Pas du tout disponible, difficile d' avoir des renseignements et peu d effort pour parler anglais... Ne pas oublier ses boules Quies car la clim fait enormement de bruit...

Close to railway station When we walked in to our room there was somebody in there totally naked - it turned out that this man and his wife were moved to this room as aircon in their room didn't work . So staff in this hotel don't talk to each other it seems because the man at reception dint want to believe us but finally we got another room - it happened at 1 am! The staff don't speak English.
