It was away from the hub of activity CM is known for but songtaos are still readily available and it was easy to navigate shopping and medical appointments from this location. Management and staff were very accommodating and while staying In chaing Mai I found the wipinan to be much more than a hotel and more of a long term living environment. I found as for me a second home.

The Grand Wipanan Residence more than met our expectations. We were a little wary because it was new in town but we were amazed at how clean it was, friendly and helpful the staff was. It was away from the hub of activity CM is known for but songtaos are still readily available and it was easy to navigate shopping and medical appointments from this location. We will definitely go again!!! The swimming pool and exercise rooms were beautiful though the pool was too cold for me, even on a hot day.

Hotel is good , price quality is good Brand new ... Staff is friendly however often they don't have a clou what you are talking about ! Breakfast is very basic no cheese no ham juice is suger water but ok its also not expensive

Very clean. For us it was just perfect, because after long months of travelling we could cook in our own kitchen. The fresh market is just on the other side. It is also not far away from the old city. The stuff is friendly and always tries their best. A very good place to stay, to relax and the design of the room is very modern and you feel like home. I would stay again at this nice place.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beautifull appartement and very clean. With a bike everything is in reach. Foodmarket is two minutes walking distance. Might be to far from the old city for some

1 Bedroom apartment with kitchen, good for family. Location close to high-way which was the reason we chose thos place: as transit hotel during road trip to Pai/ Mae HongSon. Location surrounded by shop-houses & little greenery, probably good for business/ city-trip, but not for those seeking relaxation.

员工特别热情还有细心，他们英语特别好，出门时候问她们路，她们总能很好得答覆我们，并给我们需要的答案。- 还会给我们介绍当地的没事.早餐很好吃。饭后还有水果和酸奶

C'est un hôtel neuf d'une très grande propreté et très beau. Situé près d'un grand marché, il est bien situé. Le déjeuner est très bien et l'appartement très bien décoré et très plaisant. Le gym et la piscine magnifiques et tout l'hôtel est très sécuritaire. Le personnel ne parle pas ou peu l'anglais, plus difficile de communiquer. Loin de Tape Gate, donc on doit prendre un taxi. Pour y aller, pas de problème, mais pour revenir, plus difficile. J'ai aimé mieux vivre un peu loin de la Tape Gate que rester près pour avoir essayé les deux.

كل شي ممتاز أنصح فيه للعوائل. النظافة والخدمة ممتازة لا يوجد مطعم قريب ولا خدمة النقل كالتاكسي او غيره يبعد عن النايت بزار 20دقيقة بالتاكسي انصح بالإتفاق مع سائق تاكسي وتأخذ رقمه حج الطلعات لان صعب تحصل تاكسي.

酒店的卫生状况很好，老板娘也是很友好的。有微波炉之类的，很方便带小朋友的家庭。酒店附近有市场，可以感- 受当地人的生活。 希望能入住时能确认一下客房物品就更好了。因为退房的时候被告知缺少物品，虽然和老板娘沟通后也认可了，但- 我觉得入住时提前确认对双方都更好。

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Bequeme Betten. Exzellenter Service. Der ideale Ort, wenn man etwas länger in Chiang Mai bleiben will. Eigentlich will man gar nicht wieder abreisen ... Nichts Erwähnenswertes.

房间干净整洁，可以自己用微波炉烹饪，比较方便！老板是华人，很热情地给你一些实用资讯。 地点在城外，交通需要打车。不过租一辆摩托车可以解决这个问题！

個人覺得無論設施.服務.房價和地點都非常滿意.暫時還沒覺得有什麽缺點!去清邁，這裡可以值得考慮! 衹是電視臺覆蓋範圍有點少吧.不過各地都差不多了.

ที่พักใหม่มากเพราะเปิดได้ไม่นาน ห้องกว้างขวางเงียบสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน ใกล้สถานที่เที่ยวในเมือง มีที่จอดรถในอาคาร อาหารอร่อยราคาไม่แพง
