Rooms and resort is small, staff tries to help but doesn't know too much about the island - therefore little help expected, pool small

The resort was so relaxing, staff were on hand and really polite. Room was kept clean and made up every morning. Excellent food and overall amazingly relaxing and beautiful place to stay - will be coming back to Mae Nam!!

Moped hiring was good - but as we crashed, they should make sure guests can ride a motorbike prior to hiring:)

Beachfront bungalow B05 had fabulous views. Breakfast included - and it was a good spread. Location right on the beach was wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Bad smells from the bathroom. Management said that they will fix it. Would be better if staff had links with transport groups so that they could arrange taxis or other forms of transport to other beaches/pier/airport for their guests.

Das Hammock war ein Glücksgriff. Eher zufällig und spontan haben wir uns kurzfristig dort eingecheckt. Das Personal zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Der Beachfront-Bungalow schön und wenn auch der Maenam-Beach nicht der schönste Strand Thailands ist, so ist die Lage dennoch angenehm und der Strand keinesfalls überlaufen. Das Frühstück ist völlig in Ordnung und alles dabei was gewünscht ist - aus Sicht eines Europäers

Nun ja, die Anlage ist zwar schön und nett. Mann sollte jedoch nicht zu viel erwarten, die Bungalow-Reihen stehen eng gedrängt und der Abstand könnte durchaus etwas größer sein. Die Beachfront-Bungalows sind schön, jedoch der Preis dennoch grenzwertig. Im Bad hat es ein wenig gemüffelt, aber es ist ja auch Thailand. Dafür funktionierte Toilettenspülung und reichlich Duschwasser

Für den Preis - ungefähr 43€ - bekamen wir sehr viel: freundliches Personal, ein bequemes Zimmer und einen schönen Strand. Alles im Hotel (WLAN, Fernseher, Frühstück) hat super funktioniert, was in Thailand kein Selbstverständnis ist.

Manchmal stinkt es im Bad. Daher muss man ein Bisschen lüften. Das Personal am Abend ist zwar nett, aber nicht so kompetent wie das Personal tagsüber.

服务亲切，到达当天我们的飞机晚了，接机的大叔估计等了超过1个小时； 房间就在海边，我们住在二楼，比较清净，房间设施很齐全，保险箱、冰箱、吹风机、DVD机等等； 餐厅虽然很小，但是早餐确很丰富，各种蔬菜很新鲜，饮料也有四五种~

我们房间的淋浴间下水口有点不畅通。

Zimmer sehr klein. Anlage sehr gedrängt und eng. Das Personal war neutral, nicht gerade freundlich. Die Englischkenntnisse waren mangelhaft.

We loved everything. It's a very beautiful place, 10m from the beach, very calm and relaxing. The employees are very fine :) 5 stars. We recommend.

gleich am Strand, sauber, nett eingerichtet, Anlage sehr freundlich gestaltet, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr ruhig gelegen

Ausgesprochen freundliches und nettes Personal!! Sehr hilfsbereit!!! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und modern! Der Gärtner ist ständig unterwegs um Blätter aufzusammeln!! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit frischen Säften und allem was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!!

Hotel ist sehr modern und sehr sauber.Top Lage,direkt am Strand.Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.Wirklich sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.Zimmer sehr sauber.Genug Liegen am Strand und alles Top gepflegt.Sogar der Strandabschnitt vor dem Hotel wurde jeden Tag geglättet.

太棒了，竟然是海景房！而且开门走两步就是沙滩，大海，位置风景绝佳。床是大床，配有早餐，餐厅不大，但是- 风景很棒。

沙滩是不要和查文去比较的，沙砾会粗，但这点真的不重要。房间里会有小蜘蛛，影响不大

Belligenheten er fantasisk. Rommene er nydelige og personalet er helt utrolige! Maten i restauranten er herlig. Absolutt den beste plassen å bo på Koh Samui!

Ingenting negativt med The Hammock

Vi bokade 2 nätter,men är fortfarande kvar efter 9 dagar.. Vi trivs som fisken i vattnet..

Really nice and small hotel, amazing beach bungalows with perfect views and veranda, nice staff and really good breakfast buffet. Good value for money and set in a quiet village in North Samui. Perfect if you want to get away from it all but not spend a fortune on a super-fancy hotel.

Unless you have a beach bungalow, the rest of the area is a bit crowded - they did make perfect use of the limited space.

Es war einiges besser als erwartet! Das Essen war lecker. Man konnte DVD's gratis ausleihen. Personal ist hilfsbereit, handeln sofort u sind nett. Wenn man an den Mae Nam Strand will wie wir, ist es empfehlens wert.

kann ich nichts wirklich sagen! Na ja, mit Taxi und Ausflügen sind sie noch nicht so informiert. Aber das macht eigentlich überhaupt nichts. In der Umgebung hat es einige Büro's für das! (Die Landtour mit den Bussen rate ich ab, war schrecklich. Dies hat aber ja überhaupt nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, nur so neben bei erwähnt)
