The location always the plus point as it just a min walk to the BTS station. Very convenience to major places. Did managed to get auto upgrade of the room. The rooms conditional getting bad and not properly been maintains, many stuff getting rusted and the air con leaking. The room chambers takes few hours to clean the rooms. Even remind the receptionist to get it clean few times and still i was not clean yet. From the opening of the hotel that i stayed before 3 times, the service get bad to worse....

The location being next to the Chong Nongsi BTS station makes it assessable to get around Bangkok Feels dated. Could do with some refurbishment. Also, the entire atmosphere is rather dark. Makes the whole place feels seedy.

The chair in the Lobby! Well, let's start from the beginning, we are arrived early in the morning after a very long flight and ask for an early check-in, the Hotel was full, so no worries, we left the luggage and ask to give us a room as soon as the had the chance and come back after a few hours, still, no room was available, I understood and walk away again, since check-in was at 2 P.M. However, at 1 P.M. we asked again to the lady at the reception, I believe her name is Donica, if something comes available and she goes yes 1 room is ready but you have to pay an extra, almost 50% of the cost of the room. We really didn't wont to discuss and pay the extra since we were dreaming a fresh shower and a bed! I could be ok if she would have told us the same thing at 8 A.M., and then again at 10 A.M., we would have wait there for the first room available, not 1 hour before the check-in time! However, we went up to the room and this was smelling sigarette like a sigar bar, room was dirty and Wi-Fi wasn't working , neither at the reception and since I choose this place again even for this reason, well I was pretty disappointed! I have cancelled the reservation I made in this Hotel on the way back Home, a real pity!

Location Hotel looks very run down and unloved compared to before. Booked a superior room with queen size bed. Got standard room with 2 single beds and a broken toilet. What a rip off!

Room was comfort. Staff-very inefficient! I planned to extend one more night in bangkok when I first checked-in to this hotel. One of the staff quoted the price for extending was thb$1500. The other staff came and asked for thb$1790 also the bill showed in this price. The first staff didn't apologised for the mistake. I was tired of argueing anyway, and I paid for it. Until the morning before I check-out from hotel, the other staff I haven't seen rang me and noticed I should checked out yesterday. I came to front desk and figured out that the staff who check-in for me typing wrong date for my extending. I was so disappointed about their services and doubted for their professional abilities. Never book this hotel again!

I like the location and cleanliness of the hotel i dont like the fact that there is no international channels and that almost all the tv channels are in thai. There should be some english channels such as fox movie world like the one in krabi coz after shopping and exploring e city, tourist would want to settle down and watch tv.

Well locate, new decor and comfortable. Inflexible with any changes an the worst checking process I have seen Book an upgraded room for my last night stay and had to check out 12 sharp and wait till 2pm to check onto my other room....very inconvenient

Lovely clean and new hotel well located and generally well appointed Check in and check out is absurd! I had to even check out of a room when I pre-booked a change to an upgraded room. I had to wait or leave to come back 2 hours later to effect a whole new checking process They really have this part of the game wrong. Also WiFi was difficult to receive in the upgraded room and they could not find me a chair to use at the computer table their as they one that must have been there once, was no more. BTW they have almost a full day room charge if you request early check in or late check out - though they are quick to call you in your room (12 on the dot) to check out when time is up ...that is very tough on business travel Check in is their Achilles heel !

room is very smelly and old, bathroom tiles and shower screen stain, stayed for 6 nights, housekeeping didn't even change the bedsheets, front desk staff is lack of experience, have to repeat my request for few times only they understand, coffee house don't accept credit card, why?

I have waited an hr before they get my room ready.. This is not acceptable as I have already book online & even if they can't locate my booking, an hour of waiting time is just too much... And they did not do any form of compensation ...

Good location. Impolite hotel staff and not willing to help. Borrow iron and iron board still need to paying. I will not come back this hotel anymore. Very very poor service. Disappointed !!!

The location is nice and close to BTS and shopping. This must have been the worst hotell I have had the unpleasant honor to experience. First of all the young woman in the reception was very rude and made us feel unwanted as guests. Then we enter the first room and nothing electrical worked. We went down to change the room. The lady in the reception made it clear to us that we were making her problem. But after a while we got the second room. This room had big brown stains in the bed, bad smell and a lot of brown fecis stains in the toilet. We went down to the reception again. We told the now really irritated lady about our experience and asked for a new clean room. We go up to the 3:e room and this time we check the bed and toilet directly with the bellboy. Bed was clean but the toilet was full of brown stains again.. The bellboy calls for the cleaners and one of them come to clean the toilet. What happens next was terrible discusting. The cleaner cleans the toilet with a sponch and then use the same sponge to clean the sink!!! We moved to a new hotell after this. The rude lady in the reception would not even give us any money back.

The room was very good and clean. The location is excellent for those coming with BTS. Don't go there with a car. Nobody knows the street an d certainly not the hotel. we got there because we hired a tuk tuk to bring us there. But even he had to tele[phone several times to find it. Service bad, both in restaurant as well as at the rception.

Nothing!! Absolutely nothing!! It was terrible!! A lot of things!! First the staff had attitude!! The first room I got was crap!! It was extremely hot in the room!! Like a sauna!! The ac wasn't working properly and it was leaking!!! Bed linen were full of stains!! Curtains were dark and room was very gloomy!! When I spoke to the staff regarding this and the room being hot, the staff at reception, a guy with a lot of attitude tells me that it is summer and that's how it is!!! I asked him so am I to suffer for 3 days indide a burning room???? Just coz it's summer??? I told him I might as well get a tent and stay outside if I wanted to enjoy the heat!! Grrrr!! It was a terrible hotel and a horrible experience!!! I will not reccommend it to anyone at all!! So was not worth the money spent!!!

Its location as it is very close to BTS station, convenience store and a lot of local food stalls. Hygiene, baby cockroach on the room floor, ants around bathroom sink, hair on the bathroom toilet when I first went into the room. No one pick up calls on the front desks and housekeeping. Housekeeper took away towels without replacing them. No toilet paper. No one follow up even I walked down the front desk and asked for a towel.

All is good but only one thing bad I experienced at heritage.......that is when I check out after 3 nights stay....they cliam for beverges in the fridge......that I did not use.......but still they charge me for what I have not used.......

Grat location, next to sky train station. Restraunt is good. Lobby is good spacious. Room smelt of smoke. The bathroom needed a lot of maintainance. There were stains on the bed sheets. Not very polite staff. We only stayed there two nights and then moved to the I residence across the road, much better hotel and cheaper!

Location, but many other hotels to be preferred in that area. Staying with a friend so we wanted an extra key card which was not possible. Bed sheets of 1 bed were torn and had big holes in it. Roomservice did not change sheets while making up our bed/room. Complaint could not be filed since staff at duty hardly spoke English. Day 2 we lost our key card and we had to pay 30% of 1 night stay for a new key card which is just a piece of plastic. I wrote a letter of complaint to the manager but never got response nor compensation.
