The resort is beautifully designed, open to the nature that surrounds it, as well as comfortable and clean. The staff were warm and welcoming, supportive in every way. I recommend this resort very highly for people who are looking for a comfortable place to enjoy the beauty and friendliness of northern Thailand. The plumbing was a bit loud at times, especially when a large tour group was leaving in the morning.

โรงแรมแตะตามากทั้งภายนอกอาคารและภายในห้องพัก พนักงานทุกแผนกกิริยามารยาทและอัธยาศัยอนุรักษ์ความเ- ป็นไทยเต็มร้อย ครอบครัวและเพื่อนต่างชาติของดิฉันประทับใจไม่รู้เลื- อน สถานที่ตั้งของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยม ดิฉันเคยมาทั้งฤดูหนาวและฤดูร้อน บรรยากาศน่าเสน่หามาก เมื่อเร็วๆนี้ ดิฉันประทับใจและกึ่งประหลาดใจที่ผู้จัดการโรงแรม คือ คุณธีรดา เรืองจันทร์จำดิฉันได้ แม้ดิฉันได้เป็นแขกที่นั่นนานล่วงเลยมาเกือบ 4 ปีแล้ว ทำให้ดิฉันรู้สึกอบอุ่น และเพื่อนต่างชาติที่เข้าพักพร้อมดิฉันในครั้งล่าสุด- นี้ก็สัมผัสถึงความเอาใจใส่ของคุณธีรดาไม่ได้ ทุกครั้งที่ขึ้นเหนือ ดิฉันมักไม่พลาดพาครอบครัวและเพื่อนไปเชียงแสนและเข้- าพักที่โรงแรม Imperial Golden Triangle Resort เสมอ ดิฉันขอถือโอกาสนี้ขอบคุณคุณธีรดา และเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกแผนกค่ะ วิจิตรา จงศิริวัฒน์ ดิฉันพอใจทุกอย่างค่ะ

Hotel Staff are very friendly and attentive. The Location was perfect for our sightseeing trip, enabling us to see the Golden Triangle from our rooms. The rooms are clean and well-kept.

Son emplacement géographique, le calme et la détente. Son comfort même si les chambres sont d'un style un peu vielliot.. Les prix excessifs du restaurant et les petits déjeuners à revoir.

View and location was great. Balcony was nice. Restraurant was good and service wonderful! My real problem was the bathroom. There was a lot of mold and mildew and it really needed some cleaning. The grout was nasty.
