Imperial Golden Triangle Resort  

Great view and very good location of the Golden Triangle. Good value.

The furniture is quite old and sould be replace soon.

As we paid to upgrade to a Deluxe room we found it excellent, huge well equipped bathroom and magnificent bedroom. Very well furnished and although this hotel is older than many it is still well maintained. We very much enjoyed this Deluxe room! Magnificent view on the 5th floor over the Golden Triangle and even more impressive views from the hotels restaurant at breakfast time. This is a lovely building with fantastic views,even if its getting a little old

We originally booked a Superior room, but on check in we were shown a room on the 3rd floor that smelt old and musty due to the extremely poor condition of the carpet. The whole room seemed dated and depressing so we decided we couldnt stay in that room and paid to upgrade to a Deluxe room that was magnificent. I spoke to management about the carpeting and they plan to change it in the next few months. I would say that we were very glad to move up to the 5th floor deluxe room as the hotel was fully booked and two large groups from China arrived that evening,to stay in the Superior rooms,they were incredibly noisy and loud and very much affected the peace and quiet of the hotel. I would recommend if your budget could handle the cost of the deluxe room you wouldnt be disappointed, but the comfort of the Superior rooms would depend on when the renovations are done and whether there are large groups of other tourists staying. Breakfast isnt particularly interesting in selection or quality but the view from the restaurant compensates for that.

My friend likes its breakfast but for me, it's just "ok" (however, at least it was better than somewhere else) The location is totally a big bonus, you can see best view from your hotel rooms, it's surely a room with a view. The bellboy is very helpful and caring. F&B staffs are just great!

Housekeeping still didn't clean it perfectly, I found a used cotton bud packets left laying in the bathroom.

พนักงาน ไม่มีทักษะในการตอบคำถาม เรื่องอุปกรณ์ภายในห้องพัก และปฎิเสธการช่วยเหลือหลังจากที่ได้ร้องขอไป

Nice hotel at the right location, in front of Golden Triangle. Outstanding service. Quite good price offer.

Restaurant menu a bit short, ok for one day.

The breakfast is really poor with the very limited food. The service is poor. Most importantly, I left my important travel documents, in a clear plastic folder, at the counter and no staff even tried to find the owner, even though, my name and contacts are right on the paper. I stayed there for 3 days and was at the counter several times but the staff didn't even care about asking. I called when I found that it's lost. The staff told me they had it. I asked them to fax these important documents for me but took forever to fax them. I really have the bad impression of the service of this hotel.

The hotel was a lot better than what we read in reviews. Only drawback was the old carpet. Do not have high expectIons as will equal to disappointment. We enjoyed our stay there.

位置很安静，客房错落，很有情调，面积也不错，阳台也很好，预定也不是很抢手，不用担心没有房间。早餐也还- 不错。

客房隔音非常一般，经常被半夜隔壁冲马桶的声音吵醒。
