We always stay at this hotel when we go to Hua Hin as we find it relaxing and our Son loves the large swimming pool. Staff are friendly and the room cleaning staff are very good and make even the dirtiest rooms spotless within a small space of time. Internet usage is way overpriced at 120 baht per hour. The connection is very slow @ less than 1.5mb/ps. It is the one and only failing of this hotel and, as with all hotels worldwide these days internet in the rooms should be free as everything is internet based now, even when people are on vacation. |

went into the city centre to the night markets. couldnt see why there was no transport from 6 until 10. we would have come back earlier and ate at the hotel but stayed in town and ate there. you are losing customers for dinner. great dinner room. pool and room very good only thing was above and the 6 p.m. bus was crowded and we had to get taxis. not good. put on another bus. |

very nice room (superior), nice swimming pool but not many seats available no free internet, very small beach (no usable on high tide), room bill was first charged to me in EUR with way to high exchange rates - needed to complain twice to get it right (in THB) |

The room was comfortable and clean A smoking room was requested. On check-in (not before) I was advised that the hotel was entirely no smoking. The hotel is remote. No public transport is available. The hotel "could not" obtain taxis, and offered their own car at Baht 200 for a 2-3km ride. The hotel is advertized as refurbished, in fact it is 50% refurbished and ongoing. |

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'accueil du personnel à notre arrivée,le calme de cet hôtel de part sa situation géographique, de la piscine et tout particulièrement de la situation et du confort de la chambre 401. Nous n'avons pas aimé l'accueil au petit déjeuner,l'attente au repas du midi.Le plus mauvais point est internet, qui est en accés libre et gratuit dans beaucoup d'hôtels. |

Rauhallinen, runsaasti normaaleja lapsiperheitä, jotka nauttivat altaassa uimisesta aamusta iltaan, Meri aivan hotellissa kiinni. Meressä voi uida eikä ollut samea vesi eikä maneetteja, kuten varoitettiin. Uima-altaat olivat riittävän syviä. Poissa kaupunkihälinästä, ei liian iso. Ilmastointi pakkosyötöllä, eikä puhallusvoimakkuutta voinut säätää, ainoastaan lämpotilaa. Kaupunkikuljetuksia oli 5 päivässä (OK), mutta vain yksi illalla klo 22 takaisin. Miksei joka kerta molempiin suuntiin? |

Vastaanottohenkilökunta ja piccolot mukavia ja ystävällisiä. Ilmastointi toimi huoneessa hyvin ja altaalle ei tarvinnut rahdata omia pyyhkeitä huoneesta vaan niitä oli allasalueella riittävästi saatavilla. Osa ravintolan henkilökunnasta oli töykeää!!! Ja hotelli oli todella kaukana kaikesta. Joka paikkaan piti lähteä autolla. Muutaman kerran päivässä oli tosin ilmainen kuljetus keskustaan, mutta paluukuljetuksia oli vain yksi - klo 22, mikä vähän ihmetytti. Miksi paluukuljetusta ei olisi voinut saada, kun auto toi asiakkaita keskustaan? |

De locatie (strand), de rust, de service in hotel en restaurant. Het zwembad. Een hotel om te relaxen. De bereikbaarheid hotel vanuit en naar het centrum. Geen entertainment direct in de buurt. |

Hotelli oli kompakti ja mukava kokonaisuus ja erillään muista hotelleista sekä vilinästä. Meren vilvoittavat tuulet olivat mukavia ja löytyi sekä aurinkoa että suojaa. Hotellin kauppa oli auki ympäri vuorokauden vaikka valikoima ei suuri ollutkaan. Henkilökunta erityisesti laukunkantajat ja muu ovihenkilökunta, vastaanottovirkailijat ja siivoojat tosi ystävällisiä ja auttavia. Aamiaisen taso vaihteli. Pikkujuttuja sinänsä, mutta meidän arvostamiamme. Hotelli voisi etsiä tai sopia jonkin edullisen lentokenttäkuljetuksen niille, jotka kulkevat omia teitään. |

朝食の種類と質が料金の割りに悪過ぎる。テーブルクロスもひいていない 。部屋は大変広くて綺麗なわりに、シャワーのみでバスダブが無い。 Sea frontというロケーションで選択したが、海は汚く沖には軍艦が停泊し、おまけに波も荒くホテルの敷地の- 真下まで海面が達しており、泳ぐどころか海岸を散歩する事すら出来なかった。 ホテル名が Hua Hin Beach Resort と成っているが、通常の観光写真で見る広い砂浜のホアヒン・ビーチからか５キロ以上も離れており、立地が悪- すぎる。 シービュールームではあったが、窓の隙間からは一日中 強い風の音、夜になると、道路側にある巨大なイベント会場からの大音響が午前１時まで扉を叩いて部屋中に響- き渡って眠れない。 こんな環境条件の悪いホテルに今まで泊まったことが無い。 |

Meersichtzimmer Es gab den ganzen Tag Umbaulärm, dafür sollte man eigentlich eine Reduktion für den Zimmerpreis erhalten und vorallem vorher darüber informiert werden. Im Speisesaal hatte es nur rostige Stühle. |
