Trés bon buffet petit déjeuner, belle piscine et très bonne situation géographique pour le night market de Chiang Mai Chambre un peu vieille qui mériterait d'être rénovée, de même que la salle de sport... |

Great location, good breakfast, nice pool, attentive staff. Very good value for money. Would stay here again. Free internet would have been good,but the charges for wi fi were reasonable. |

The hotel staff were excellent, the hotel was in a good central area close to the Night Bazaar and day markets...It was quiet and relaxing.. The hotel itself is in need of a spruce up as it is aging but in general still a fine place to stay.. |

when i checked out from the hotel and flight to Phuket i remembered that i forgot my money about 3,300US$and other stuff in the safe at the hotel . even before i informed the hotel about the forgoten moeny i received an e-mail informing me about my money that i forget at the hotel , and also after i gave them the local Thai Mobile phone nomber to contact me for the arrangement to get the money back , they kept calling me sevral times a day and suggesting ways to transfere the money to me. at last we agreed to use the Thai Air ways special services to pick the money and drop them at Phuket Airport so (Thai Air Ways Office) so i can collect them .my point is this problem if happend in other hotel i might lost my money for ever . the Variety of Breakfast was v.good but mostly it was Japanese food. rooms were small a little bit. except nothing more. |

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Generally I think you get good value for your money. The location of the hotel is good, just 5 minutes away from night market. The carpets are a bit smelly although I get used to it quickly. So its not a real problem. |

Both pools were very nice and pristine, breakfast was good, nice selections. Beds were very hard, even by Asian standards. |

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. The buffet breakfast was great! There was a huge selection to choose from. I traveled with my 3 teenagers and they loved the hotel as well. We were very surprised to see bus service to the hotel at the airport. Everything was great! |

very convenient to move around. no issue of getting food outside the hotel. friendly and willing to help staff. well, i unable to get king size bed and the single bed was too small for me. hope my next visit there early june, i would be able to have one. |

The staff was smiling and extremely helpful. Found all areas of the hotel to be immaculate. breakfast included a great variety of good food. |

Location and extreme good value for money in a classical hotel, where every thing functions - including a powerful hot water shower - which is rare in many new boutique hotels that are much higher priced. Not a hip- hotel, but considering the price - not much to be negative about. |

Location close to the Night Bazaar and dining areas. Good swimming pool and breakfast. Outside noise was not well insulated by the windows glass. Calling local mobile from the hotel phone was about $1 / minute, seemed a bit too much to me. |

ナイトバザールや市場に近く便利。１０月で値段も安くてとても助かりました。部屋に氷を持ってきてください- と電話したら、すぐに対応してくれました。 部屋のカードキイが３回も使えなくなり、フロントへ持って行き交換してもらいました。部屋にホテルの案内書- がなくて少し困りました。 |
