Good location Breakfast good but not excellent Nice accomodation for the price
Location. We were only there for one night, and that was not too bad.
No free wi fi, although kettle in room, no cups, milk, coffee etc. when asked, had to pay 60 baht for those. Also, no toilet paper, when requested, we were ignored. Ok for one night, but not for longer stay.
1. Staff were courteous and helpful 2. Breakfast 3. Chinese restaurant 4. Gym and pool were good 5. Good value for the money
1. Dim and old fashioned room 2. Strangely uncomfortable pillows 3. Long wait for elevators 4. Huge size and constant activity of the place which made it seem like an airport lounge at times 5. In a nutshell this would have been THE hotel in Chiang Mai through the 70s and 80s. Now, however, it exudes a quality of opulence run to seed
location, garden surrrounds

Customer Relations Staff. Swimming Pool
WIFI slow ,rooms old
Location Room Staff v helpful Cleanliness

Location and the staff were excellent.
The rooms were out dated and needed refurbishing. The bathroom was out dated and the shower over the bath was quite cramped. wasnt impressed with the standard of room. Personally I wouldnt stay there again but to each their own.

Wifi only worked in the room sometimes Pool closes very early
Location was ideal. Everything was at walking distance. Breakfast was good too but less variety for Muslims halal food.
Close to the night market and good places to eat. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Good pool and surround.
> Close to Chiang Mai night market > Room upgrade > Afternoon tour booking on short notice on afternoon of my arrival, recommendation was a nice fit to my holiday > Shuttle to airport on departure, cheap & on time
Room was not ready on arrival [10.00 am] after long flight, nonetheless effort made to accommodate me asap
Interrupted wi-fi access
Breakfast is the best I have ever come across incredible choice.
Wifi is a bit slow
Near the night bazaar, close to shops. Internet connection was good, keeping up with friends and family was easy
Central location, nice pools, close to the night bazaar and Mae Ping river. Good memory of Teresa Teng.
