Service and location
Rooms a little tired
Good Service from Hotel staff and perfect location for massage, night market and food
Require upgrading on room furniture as they seems to be slightly out dated.
Spa was brilliant ! This is a MUST for anyone who wants to experience a REAL THai massage !! Restaurant in the Beer Garden and the grounds was a lovely place to spend an evening. The live music was an added plus ! Location is great place from which to make dailly tours.
location good wifi good breakfast excellent especially if not used to thai or street food pool nice
gym was very bad, rusted equipment they only bad thing can say of the hotel
Location of hotel is convenient. Near night bazaar area with walking distance.
Car parking area is outdoor and quite far from hotel. Guests have to carry bag and walk to hotel building around 100-200 meters, which is not convenient for person who travel with own car.
Excellent hotel! Friendly, efficient staff Very good breakfast buffet Well-equipped room, clean, everything working perfectly Very good value for money
Could need some refurbishing, but nothing at all to worry about!
Free Wifi for 5 concurrent devices. Good location Clean Free mineral water Upgraded to suite because hotel was overbooked when we arrived.
Breakfast was average at best. I guess that encourages to go out into the City to look for good food which is not a problem given the good location.
The hotel is really big, about 15 floors. Two swimming pools, but I have never seen anybody inside. Good breakfast with traditional asian and european cuisine. It is convenient to get to all places while you need a tuk-tuk or taxi anyway. There is a cheap loundry on the road opposite to the entrance (30 baht per kilo).
The furniture is a bit dated.
excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good location.
nice bedroom, old fashioned bathroom
Room size was good. Clean and comfy. Breakfast spread was good.
Proximity to Night Market
Older hotel that can use upgrades in room and bathroom
Near the night market
Too close to the bars and Thai boxing ring. Too noisy at night and early morning.
Located near night bazaar.
1)No airport transfer! 2)No room cleaning on day two.
- efficiently managed hotel - excellent location - efficient and friendly staff - rooms clean - extensive breakfast - nice garden
- room furniture and bathroom dated. - security of internet unsure (based on a message of Google Search I didn't use it). - large (chinese) tour groups.
I like this hotel. WIFI very good - Nice swimmingpool - I have been in Chiang Mai and stay at severals hotel but this hotel is the best.
Hotel staff have service mind. Hotel is a little bit old but the furniture is not old. Breakfast International buffet line serve a lot of type of food. Near by Night Bazaar Market walk distance about 5 min. And walk distance to Ta Pea Sunday Night Market about 15 min. So convenience!
It might happen some room. Last time we stay here and the air conditioner is not work very well. Also the internet is hard to log in and can't fine internet signal.
The location. Tours if eye had been able to use them
The fact that although the garden restraunt was not busy the service of the meals arriving was extremely bad. My son received his then after a five minute laps mine arrived and then we had to ask where my daughter in laws was. By this time my sons was cold. We were all Ill that night this made the short stay a waste of time as we could not avail ourselves of the tours, would not recommend this hotel or indeed stay there again.
Location, value for money
My 8 year old son said it was the best. Great location, able to walk to day tune events and not market. Great for trekking into the jungle and for riding elephants in the jungle (via 2 hours guided tour by van) do the tour bus hotel guide as it is cheaper than the guide that you'll meet at train station). Great swimming pool shallow depth for beginner swimmers great rooms great views from rooms modern and clean and spacious great breakfasts wide selection for all taste buds
The poolside areas were excellent for relaxation purposes. Breakfast was very good indeed. Staff were helpful. A little oasis in the night market area!
Nothing not to like!
Got an upgrade to a suit
It was on the 15 floor but hey ho it was great shame we only there 1 day
Everything was so nice ! Great variety of food for breakfast. The Garden restaurant was excellent with live music! The crowning glory was the spa where the Thai massage was the best yet !! I am eager to return !
This was an excellent hotel to use as a base for visiting the interesting area in and around Chiang Mai. Good facilities and good service. The hotel is in large grounds so easy to have a walk in the gardens or a dip in the pool to cool down after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast was fine if not stunning but the garden bar and the lobby bar were certainly worth a visit. I didn't try the restaurants because of the variety in the city. Easy to get a tuk tuk locally or to use the tour desk who arranged an excellent trip for me.
staff, breakfast, pool, location.
Great hotel - rooms big, clean and comfortable bed! Excellent pool and perfect location, 2 minute walk to restaurant, pubs and street market but far enough so no noise. We did a 2 day trek whilst staying here, luggage room free. Best shopping for souvenirs in Chiang Mai from street market! Would stay again.
