The rooms were out dated and needed refurbishing. The bathroom was out dated and the shower over the bath was quite cramped. wasnt impressed with the standard of room. Personally I wouldnt stay there again but to each their own.

Breakfast is the best I have ever come across incredible choice.
Wifi is a bit slow
Near the night bazaar, close to shops. Internet connection was good, keeping up with friends and family was easy
Central location, nice pools, close to the night bazaar and Mae Ping river. Good memory of Teresa Teng.
Hotel is a little old, needs updates.
Absolutely everything! From the minute we set foot in the hotel the staff were helpful, friendly and professional! The lady at the tour desk helped us organise our activities for the full week and advised us on the best prices! The wi-fi was brilliant, the pool was lovely and the massage parlors outside the hotel were relaxing and the perfect cure for the days after we had been hiking or just out socialising!!!So close to the airport which is really handy!!Bargain!
I stay always in the royal suite, it is the best in Chang Mai. The breakfast is very good. The staff is always friendly and they always remember me.
Hotel was in a great location.
Possibly the hotel is getting a little dated.
The hotel was in an excellent location close to everything which we wanted. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. On our first one night's stay (we were going off on a small tour and would be returning to the hotel in a few days) we had booked a deluxe room. We arrived very early in the morning expecting our room not to be ready. We were delighted that a room was available and in fact we were updated to a suite which was much appreciated.Staff were always friendly and obliging -even to the extent of pushing the elevator button for us. We had a room on the 13th floor which was very quiet.
The hotel was extremely big. Possibly next time we would look for a boutique hotel which had a been more character.
General ambience and friendliness. good location
Getting a little dated
Staff very friendly, good location!
Good breakfast, near night market
Ideal location and beautiful hotel. Very clean and great staff
