The location of the hotel is perfect -walking distance from all the main attractions, bars, and restaurants. Perfect place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time outside the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it has a lovely pool area although closes at 6pm.
The rooms are a bit dated especially the bathrooms. If they updated the rooms this hotel would be great.
Convenient location at a fair price.
I mast pay the hotel you can tail me l dont remmber if l pay you Lest me now
Room & facilities in need of renovation
Location, tasty food, room size and beds, nice staff, garden
Bathroom is old and without hand shower, needs renovation
I liked the beautiful hotel that had two great pools. Also good choice on food and the breakfast buffet was great with so many options. The location is also excellent with the hotel close to the airport and still central to things such as the night bazar.
Having to pay 500baht for a ten minute taxi ride to airport because our flight was early in the morning.
The staff were friendly and always willing to chat or help you out.
The rooms could do with a bit of an update though, they are a bit worn out. Staff should clean under the bed better
A very good location for markets and shopping.
No bad experiences.
Big room, great TV selection, food reasonably priced.
They need to have an indoor restaurant similar to the Garden Bar (reasonably priced Thai food).
The location is too good just walk around the hotel for night bazaar and good pun around the hotel to telax and enjoy the city activites a must to vist city again Rajiv from India
They dont have any indian vegetarian food
Plentiful breakfast Good location Helpful staff
Even we have booked our accomodation in august for december trip, our booking was cancelled... Due to some reason... Bathroom **level Limited wi-fi
Good location. Efficient staff
Breakfast appropriate for three star hotel. Breakfast room too small
Great location, clean and friendly staff.
Rooms need updating desperately. And can be very busy specially during breakfast time
Good service, good breakfast, nice swimming pool.
The shower head was too low, even for women. The pool towels were old. The New Year's Eve dinner was compulsory.
The location was walking distance to the night markets, which was great. Lots of little bars and cafes to entertain yourself at night. Plus massage options for reasonable rates down the road. Two options of pools, nice if you wanted a quiet environment. The food at hotel restaurant was good and the addition of mosquito burners at the outside restaurant bar was a nice touch. Breakfast options were a bit disappointing.
The room was very small and very dated. It had a bad unpleasant odour and the bathrooms were mouldy. This was very disappointing as we paid for an upgrade. The quality of the room tainted our whole trip and I wouldn't stay there again based on this. I found the room rate over priced based on the state of the hotel which badly needs updating. The pictures on the website and the 4 star rating is very misleading.
the facility is old but clean; the staffs are not very supportive they care more abt money
Great location for walking out of hotel and exploring.
Activities outside the city were an hour+ drive.
Staff excellent- helped with printing boarding passes Great location near night market Lovely swimming pool and pool bar
Its location. The food
The staff is average
Very tidy room, hard working house keeper. I stayed in Imperial Mae Ping hotel mostly for Teresa Teng.
Old facilities, need to take tuk tuk taxi to Chiang Mai old town.
Close proximity to night bazaar and other night life.
After complaining upon arrival on the cleanliness of the room we were actually upgraded for free to a much cleaner and nicer room. The concierge booked us a last-minute tour with a private car. We had a blast and got a good grasp of the countryside. The hotel is being served by all the main tours so you can count on free pickup, which is less of hassle.
Elevators are small and infrequent when the hotel is full. Being on the 14th floor that was kind of a pain. The pool menu could offer more variety for vegetarian.
Great location, friendly & helpful staff, a relaxed feel & good facilities.
Rooms are a bit tired & in need of decorating, not enough vegetarian options for breakfast.
