The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was well maintained. Immaculate gardens... 2 great pools... a nice beach front... and the junior suite was very well priced and offered plenty of space and a sea view (low season - it does go up for peak season) Location - not on the main part of chaweng beach - which was nice, as gives more space... but close enough for dinners out in town etc. Easy to book marine park etc. trips from the hotel - very helpful here. Good food at the hotel too. |

Excellent location on good beach within walking distance of the restaurants and attractions of Chaweng. Spacious sea view rooms with good sized bathroom. Attractive gardens and two pools. Breakfast buffet selection needs to be vastly improved as food quality and variety only 3 star not 5 star.Executive chef should check Centara for comparison. |

We had a mix up with our room on the first night, but this was rectified the next day. The staff were very good. We liked the clean beach.The beautiful walk thru the rain forest down the walk way to beach. Lovely breakfast waiting for you each morning. |

A warm welcome and a complimentary upgrade to a family suite was nice. Pool and beach area comfortable with plenty of room and sunbeds. Many many steps so unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. The staff not always on the ball for basic things. |

We loved everything about the hotel, especially the gardens, the pool and the beach. And we also want to point out the serviceminded and lovely staff, all of them greeted us with a smile be it the waitresses, the massage ladies, the pool-boy and the reception-desk. We ate many of our meals either in the Tara restaurant or the beach restaurant, and they make lovely thai food and also international food had by our children. The beach is perfect, less people than Chaweng and no loose dogs or cats as elswhere on the island. If you want to go to Chaweng, only 5-10 minutes by taxi ( 200bath for a family one way) and always nice to be back in the hotel after busy Chaweng with its smell......The absolute perfect hotel in a perfect setting!! |

nice beach and garden with swimmingpool, quiet place old furniture in rooms, main building with wiev to technical parts of the hotel, they tried to accomodate me to another room I booked, only their 3rd attempt was correct |

The hotel is very good with good sea review rooms and very good service. Reception gave enough and clear info. Very good sun bath facilities with or without overshadow of big trees. Besides, Samui is really a relaxing, free,and international tourist city. It is easy to get to anywhere of the lsland and get anything a visitor needs~ The beach is good for rest but not for swiming, always with red flag. But the pool is good and beautiful. The food is so so and 2~3 times more expensive than the bars in the near hotels, but tastes so so so. We would suggest to walk on the beach to the next hotel and enjoy the bar there. |

Zonder meer prachtig aangelegd, fantastische kamer en ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zelfs 2 zwembaden, waarvan 1 direct aan het strand. Prima locatie, net buiten het hele drukke Chaweng. Voor ons geen probleem de vele trappen, maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat dit voor personen die slecht ter been zijn geen geschikte accommodatie is. De verkopers aan het strand willen natuurlijk graag ook wat verdienen (flink afdingen!), maar blijven altijd vriendelijk. Het is een gemeenschap op zich en best leuk om eens te observeren en een praatje te maken. |

vriendelijk personeel en goed engels sprekend. ontbijt en restaurant lekker gegeten. ruim opgezette kamers mooi zwembad aan het strand..ligging redelijk goed 15min lopen naar het centrum van chaweng beach. al met al heel leuk gehad niks te klagen. |

La situation de l hotel est tres bonne puisque dans un endroit tres calme et pres du centre de Chaweng.Jardin extraordinnaire, tres belle piscine au bord d une merveilleuse plage avec vue sur une colline de cocotiers. De tres mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre...et il ne faut pas avoir peur de monter. Le dejeuner n est pas terrible et le jus d orange encore moins mais c est le cas sur toute l ile. |

junior suitに宿泊しましたが、部屋は広くて快適でした。スタッフの対応もよかったです。子供の誕生日にケーキ- を頂きました。 ビーチサイドのプールは雰囲気は悪くないのですが、すりばち形状のため周辺部が少々危険です。私の子供もプ- ールサイドで遊んでいて何度も滑り落ちてしまいました。朝食がもう少し種類があるとよかったです。 |

Sehr schöne Lage, fantastischer Garten Der Strand ist öffentlich und von Verkäufern verseucht, an Erholung ist daher kaum zu denken. Die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie war in der ersten Nacht nicht verfügbar (Überbuchung), d.h. wir mussten am zweiten Tag umziehen |

ruime kamer, goed ontbijt. voor thaise begrippen duur. internet niet incl. eten (naast kaart thema per avond) in hotel is relatief duur. Via strand kan je naar 2 restaurantjes (200m) waar op op strand kan dineren. |

hotel in buona posizione sulla spiaggia di chaweng noi. tutti i servizi sono a pagamento. mi riferisco ad internet e i trasfer con la navetta dell hotel ad esempio verso l aeroporto ,a differenza di altri hotel in zona che sono gratis, qua si paga tutto .camere e servizi . non hanno un buon rapporto qualita prezzo. |

ottima struttura su una delle spiagge più belle di koh samui, grande e ben organizzata, ottima spa sul mare, ad una giusta distanza dal centro abitato tale da essere tranquillo ma non isolato e di facile raggiungimento per passeggiate serali e ristoranti. avevo richiesto letto matrimoniale, invece ne ho trovati 2 separati. il giorno seguente hanno proposto cambio ma dovendo rimanere per 3gg solamente ho preferito rimanere per non rifare le valigie. |
