-Very good breakfast buffet -centrally located at Chaweng beach there are a lot of entertainment possibilities in the evening -nicely furnished rooms -still quiet in the bungalow -lady at the reception provided a lot of background information

-Tap pressure -for proper swimming you would need to walk some meters, due to low level -soft pop music at the bar/pool

We liked this hotel! Great location .. very beautiful area with huge trees and beautiful flowers growing throughout the hotelOur studio bungalow was simply magnificent! Especially small terrace with table and chair rocking chairs on which we rested and watched the sea and the nature around us! Woman who met us at the Reception are very wonderful and special thanks to her for taking care of us! Coming home we really miss those minutes and days spent in this beautiful hotel!) thank you staff!)

The only disappointment for the entire period of stay has been holding my deposit! We arrived on the island of tired and sick, and maybe we will explain what really is not a deposit of 2000bat charge for possession of a key from the safe, we never used this service and the key is left in our first bungalow (and for the period of residence, we changed three bungalows) at any point during our journey, when we handed the keys to the bungalow was not asked the question: "where a key to the safe .. and when we were discharged from the hotel to us that we show your lost or stolen .. it was very unpleasant and upsetting the more I relied on these 2000bat leaving them on the way back to the airport .. חדרים ישנים וציוד ממש מיושן.

Läget. Man har ganska nära till det mesta. Men Island resort håller på att falla sönder. Nu lyckades jag och min vän få till familjevillan eftersom dom överbokar hela tiden och inte hade singelsängar som lovat på Booking.

Allt är trasigt...även personalen är som zombis nere vid poolen/stranden. Ingen service ur huvud taget. Solstolar är trasiga, om du lyckas få tag i någon. Ofräscht överlag. Vi bokade vidare boende på resorten någon dag, men då var det överbokat, så vi fick äran att prova AL´s resort istället. Behöver inte säga mer...Alla stället med den ägaren Al´s Hut, Island Resort, och AL´s resort förljer samma mönster, tackigt och trasigt. Det är bara läget som är bra. Finns bättre.

Personeel was heel behulpzaam nadat wij onze teleurstelling hadden uitgesproken over de badkamer en de badhanddoeken. Wij hebben toen een andere kamer gekregen.

De andere kamer bleek de laatste kamer die nog gerenoveerd moest worden. We zijn er eigenlijk niet veel mee opgeschoten.

ถ้ามีการจัดสวนและที่พักใหม่อีกนิดจะดูสวยและน่ารักม- ากค่ะ เพราะสถานที่และบรรยากาศสวยมากๆ

Vi var 3 st i samma rum och extra sängen gick inte att sova på.

Läget till stranden, poolen och shopping

Standarden på rummet. Fanns fortfarande smuts kvar på utrymmena på wc sen tidigare när vi checkade in. Och wifi fungerade inte, när vi frågade så varför och bad om hjälp sa dem bara att det ska fungera.

Die Anlage befindet sich in einem sehr unordentlichen und ungepflegten Zustand. Der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Am Strand werden keine Liegen zur Verfügung gestellt. Umgefallene Sonnenschirme werden nicht aufgeräumt. W-Lan auf dem Zimmer war kostenpflichtig

La gentillesse du personnel ,son implantation et la proximité des commerces. l

1) la déco inexistante dans notre chambre et les peintures à refaire 2) les abords de la piscine et de la plage sales ,les transats et leur coussins en mauvais etat 3) changement d'hotel en cours de sejour (plus de climatisation de courant),groupe electogene defectueux 4) tres decus car l'ayant conseillé à nos amis qui sont venus avec nous ,nous nous sentions genés par leur remarques!

L'emplacement au bord de la plage et près de la ville, la piscine avec vue sur la mer, le spa, le personnel.

Le jardin et les bungalows sont très jolis mais manquent d'entretien.

ho prenotato una camera superior che era bella ampia ma è risultata inferiore alle aspettative, mobili vecchi, frigobar arruginito, componenti e materiali scadenti. ho visto molte belle la camere collocate nei bungalow. il mare li davanti non è molto bello perchè all'interno della laguna riparata da barriera per cui acqua bassa con poco ricircolo di corrente

La struttura appena entri da subito una buona impressione: un bel giardino bungalow tipici Thai, piscina sul mare...ma quando entri nei bungalow... La posizione é buona, sei a cinque minuti dal centro, se così lo vogliamo chiamare, di chaweng road e proprio davanti ad un fornitissimo mercato, ma all'interno la struttura è veramente silenziosa e tranquilla.

I bungalow sono un po' vecchi e lasciati andare, prese staccate, armadio praticamente inesistente, ho dovuto adattarmi con le valigie sparse per la camera, pulizia praticamente inesistente ( una patatina caduta a mia figlia é rimasta sul pavimento per 4 gg) per non parlare del bagno che veramente é fatiscente, acqua calda a tratti e doccia rotta, solo un telo per asciugarsi e anche qui pulizia inesistente. Lo wifi si paga a giorno o a settimana, Ultimo neo, davanti all' hotel la barriera é molto vicina e fino alle 14 del pom la bassa marea non consente di farsi una nuotata, tanto l'acqua é bassa, bisognava spostarsi per almeno 600 mt verso sud.

Joli hotel, belle plage.

Chambre un peu sombre, mais sinon impeccable. L'ArcBar est plus animé et moins cher, on est parti la bas après la première nuit.

Personnel tres serviable et agreable. Situation de l'etablissement pres de la rue animee et donnant sur la mer. On peut donc choisir le calme et la vie nocturne. Calme, verdure, piscine bref une situation paradisiaque

Les salles de bains des bungalows "luxe" sont très spartiates et demandes a etre modernisées. Les terrasses demandent aussi a etre refaites.
