Unfortunately I have to be honest here. For the amount of money we paid I am very dissappinted. The first room we were put in smelt horrible (like sewerage) do we got them to "fix" it which meant spraying around some room spray. After a day out it still smelt so we asked to be moved (atleast this was granted). There is no wi-fi in the rooms, no gym, no dvd players and quite frankly the breakfast is not anything special at all. The pictures I was shown before booking are completely misleading. This isn't the 4 star "resort" and is not worth the money. We stayed one night on our last day at the Muang Samui Resort and Villas which was lovely, right along a swim able beach (unlike the Kala) and the rooms and resort is much more luxurious. Hire a car to get around.

Location, view from window/balcony (we stay at pool villa) are just perfect, as well as management' willness to help and understand customer's needs. Spa is great.

понравилось месторасположение отеля. вид из номера действительно очень красивый...пожалуй на этом все хорошее и заканчивается.

отель не преспособлнен для жизни. в номере все как-то не логично расположено. не закрывающее окно в ванной, неудобный душ, отваливающийся кран, отсутсвие места для туалетных принадлежностей все в той же ванной комнате, один крючок на все полотенца. за 3 дня у нас в номере так никто и не убрался. были там всего 3 ночи...сначала расстроились, что вообще решили взять этот отель, а потом порадовались хоть тому, что хоть не на все дни, проведенные на самуи. отдых был бы испорчен. полное не соответствие качества сервиса цене за проживание. такое впечатление, что дизайн отеля заказывали в гламурном агенстве, вроде на картинке красиво, но не удобно для проживания. но было это давно, отель уже пошарпан, а пафос остался: цены в ресторане отеля завышены, порции маленькие, официанты навязчивы, особо не дают времени на выбор блюда, постоянно дёргают. персонал на территории отеля слоняется без дела, во время грозы не удосужились даже убрать пуфики с лежаков и сложить зонты в итоге их смыло в море. WiFi в номере не ловиться, приходилось выходить к ресторану, вечером это особенно неприятно так как очень много комаров. кстати пляжа своего нет , только лестница по камням со спуском сразу в море, спуск уже поломан, торчит арматура, нужно быть осторожным, чтобы при бьющих волнах не поскользнуться на тине и не напороться на штырь.

房间位置极佳，能看到壮观的大海，豪华别墅房能在自己的房间里看日出。

Отель очень хороший, все понравилось! Первые 10 дней жили в обычных номерах, а после решили остаться еще на 10 дней, только сняли президентскую виллу. Отличное место расположение, приветливый персонал, шикарный вид из отеля. До Ламая и Чавенга рукою подать, 5 мин на байке или такси.

Semplicemente meraviglioso! Il viaggio di nozze ideale, dove il tempo scorre placido e lento tra palme da cocco, scorci incantevoli, gite in canoa, ammollo in piscina mozzafiato e colazione superlativa (non perdetevi il frullato di mango e I muffin alla banana!!!). La posizione parrebbe scomoda, lontana da Chaweng e da altri centri e ampie spiaggie, ma dopo una gita in questi luoghi apprezzerete ancora di più la calma e la riservatezza di questo hotel, lussuoso ma senza eccessi, dal quale è doloroso staccarsi!

- è disponibile un servizio navetta gratuito però di sola andata per Lamai (al mattino) e Chaweng (il pomeriggio). Siccome I taxi qui dimenticano il taxamentro e fanno cartello per farsi pagare una corsa 4/5 volte quel che paghereste a Bangkok, consigliamo vivamente di affittare un mezzo proprio per spostarsi perchè Samui merita d'essere girata tutta, soprattutto fuori dai soliti circuiti. Ad esempio...non fatevi mancare una serata a Bo Phut (con giro per negozi incluso!!!). L'albergo vi può indicare un noleggio di fiducia che vi farà trovare scooter e auto in hotel. Fornisce comunque anche direttamente servizio taxi e navetta per l'aeroporto a prezzi ragionevoli. - non c'è connessione internet in camera...però può essere piacevole dimenticarsene e/o limitarne l'uso nella splendida hall aperta al mare o nella stanza biblioteca con due pc a disposizione dei clienti. - Se volete fermarvi a cena in albergo preparatevi a spendere parecchio...a poca distanza a piedi proseguendo verso Lamai ci sono invece alcuni ristorantini onesti e a buon prezzo. Con un mezzo per andare e tornare, a Chaweng c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta!

Hotel absolument magnifique, un charme fou! Sea view pour toutes les villas, piscine privee, le tout dans une vegetation verdoyante. Le personnel est adorable. Localise pres des plages de lamai, l hotel est une route bien placee dans koh samui. Nous recommandons le "private dinner on the rock"...pr une lune de miel ou dinner romantique, c'est inoubliable..

La plage a gauche de l hotel est splendide, seul pb il faut y aller en kayak prete par l hotel...pas vraiment un pb sachant qu il faut 5min et que c'est tres sympa a faire...

Das Kala ist als Anlage ein sehr schönes und stylisches Hotel.Die Zimmer fanden wir auch sehr hübsch und gemütlich. Besonders, wenn man ein Zimmer in den oberen Bereichen hat, wirkt das ganze auch sehr überzeugend, schon wegen der Aussicht. Der halbüberdachte Balkon lädt zum relaxen ein. Doppelzimmer DELUXE 223 hat einen 180° Panorama Blick über den Palmwipfeln. Die Straße, die direkt am Kala vobeigeht störte uns nicht. Wir haben davon auch nachts nichts gehört. Das Kala liegt ja auch an einem Steilhang, so dass der Lärm der Straße abgeschirmt wird. Die üppige Vegetation und die netten Ruheplätze am Meer haben einen eigenen idyllischen Charm. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber auch stylisch. Insgesamt eine sehr ruhige und architektonisch interessante Anlage ohne Strand.

Nicht gefallen hat uns das Personal. Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, waren alle ziemlich verschlafen. Die Englischkenntnisse waren bei den meisten Mitarbeitern sehr dürftig. Es kam, besonders beim Frühstück häufig zu Missverständnissen. Bei einem 4-5 Sterne Hotel in Thailand haben wir das so schlecht noch nie erlebt. Auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals hielt sich in Grenzen. Auch hier waren wir besseres gewohnt. Bei Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung steht, obwohl das Hotel nur wenige Gäste hatte. Fairerweise bot man uns dann 2 normale Zimmer gleicher Ausstattung an, so dass unsere ältere Tochter ein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Das Frühstück war war ein NoGo für 4-5 Sterne. Nach 7 Tagen hing uns das Frühstück zum Hals raus. Keine Kreativität, keine Abwechslung. Einmal bot man uns als besondere Variante des Frühstücks French Toast an. 3 fettige lieblos übereinander gestapelte Toasts mit bacon oben drauf. Frühstück konnte man bis abends um zehn noch bekommen. was das soll haben wir uns auch gefragt. Insgesamt war das Hotel viel zu teuer und ohne Konzept, da gibt es weitaus besseres in Thailand.

Nous étions dans la villa 103, très belle, avec une magnifique vue.

Les prestations et le service ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du prix payé. De surcroît les photos de leur site internet ne correspondent plus à la réalité. C'est bien dommage.

Absolutely great hotel - very stylish, amazing view. Spacious room, great bathroom! Nice territory with trees and flowers, beautiful pool. Nice kayaks - nice to paddle to different beaches.

Little bit far from Lamai and Chaweng - not walking distance, but can be reached with tuk-tuk or taxi.

L'hôtel est loin de la plage de lamai. 1 service de navette à 11h pour aller à la plage, retour par vos propres moyens.

einfach alles , bin 2 mal dort gewissen und muss wirklich sagen , es ist noch schlechter geworden , also für den Preis nein , ich würde lieber in zukünft alles dort und vor ort buchen und für wenig geld was besseres bekommen . nie wieder . Hochzeit im hotel , die andren gästen einfach vergessen, frühstück das gleiche , personal no go , vespa mieten 350 bath pro tag , hotel daneben für 200 baht , essen im hotel sehr schlecht und sehr sehr teuer , und ich bin noch nicht mit allem fertig .

ホテルのエントランスからの眺めに息を呑みました。 今回は両親の為に“海が見える”宿が良かったのですが、ウェブサイトで見ている限りどのホテルも似たような- 事が書いてあるので正直ハズレ覚悟で予約したのですが、大当たりでした！エントランスから始まり、ロビー、- レストラン、プールそして何より部屋の全てからきれいな海が見え、大大満足でした。

Not in the busy hustle and bustle of the 2 main beaches (Chawend & Lamai). Inside the resort it was like the rest of the world didn't exist. The staff were very friendly and personable.

De skulle fjerne bevoksningen, der tager udsigten ved den ellers meget fine infinitypool.

・綺麗な海が高台から見渡せる ・スタッフがフレンドリー、親切 ・ホテルのレストランの食事が美味しい ・周りに何もないので静かでリラックスできる ・部屋にバスタブ、ポットがある

・トイレ、バスと部屋の境に段差があり、室内が暗いので、毎回その段差につまづいてしまった。
