the sea view. breakfast time from 6am -1030pm. the reservation center's staff is so rude... i cancelled the pool villa by my company's email and she asked me,"show me your email!" |

Position and Hotel Design Restaurant menu, The Spa, Lack of Service from the staff, No complimentary pick up/drop off to the airport, we had to pay the hotel! A hotel of this standard should offer much better service. We stayed in a pool villa and there were no sun lounges to relax on. There is no buffet breakfast just the choice of the same continental or cooked which gets very boring. If you are looking for 5 star service this hotel is not for you! |

The accomodation was incredible. The pool beautiful and the restaurant and bar service was more than could ask for Not the easiest or cheapest to get to and from if you want a day out in either Chaweng or Lamai. Not enough shuttle service from the hotel |

Our villa with direct/private access to the sea and the views from the bedroom. Good a la carte dining (slightly too European style, though). Noisy air conditioning. No taxi service - staff was unsuccessfully trying to catch a taxi directly from the street untill we finally after 30 minutes used a public bus. |

Bellissima struttura in ambiente veramante tranquillo e confortevole. Camere deliziosamente arredate in stile Thai. Ottima cordialità e disponibilità dello staff. Piscina incantevole con vista spettacolare sul mare. Le camere hanno una vista sul mare davvero mozzafiato. Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola. Le strutture comuni dell'hotel sono magnifiche. L'hotel è direttamente costruito sulla scogliera e pertanto non ha spiaggia ma il solo accesso tramite scogli... per andare in spiaggia (1-2 km circa) è necessario noleggiare l'auto/scooter oppure avvalersi della navetta dell'hotel gratuita. Il personale non parla benissimo l'inglese. |

Die Zimmer und die nAussicht aufs Meer waren traumhaft Das Fruehstueck war nicht gut, kein Bueffet wie man es in Thailand gewoehnt ist, sondern laut Karte ( Wahl zwischen 3 Fruehstuecks ) und das sehr mager. Sehr viele Treppen, nur etwas fuer die die gut zu Fuss sind. Strand war in der Beschreibung abgebildet, aber nicht beschrieben das der Strand 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen ist und sich nicht am Hotel befindet. |

房間有特色感覺到有用心設計,讓人可以放鬆度假!早餐也很可口!泳池位置不錯!~我喜歡! 飯店一直以為我們是韓國人,連最後問卷調查也拿韓文格式給我們填寫!感覺不被重視! |

relax,panorama,comfort,staff causa partenza anticipata veniva addebitata 1 notte in + dovuta a non ben specificati accordi tra hotel e booking.com(min 3 notti) e comunque nn presenti e nn specificati alla prenotazione dell'hotel . |

A szálloda fekvése, kialakítása remek, igazi búvóhely, relaxálásra tökéletes, a személyzet igen barátságos és szolgálatkész, minden kívánságot teljesít napi 24 órában. Lehetne egy stéget kiépíteni, ahonnan közvetlenül be lehet ugrani/mászni a tengerbe úszni/fürdeni. Most csak dagálykor lehet ezt a nagy kövek között kiúszva megtenni. |
